I have been suffering from harmonal imbalance and cystic acne. Doing only these exercises (part 1,2,3) has helped reduce the occurrence of painful cystic acne in just a week. Thank you so much !!

Wow, honestly such a great practice. I don’t have PCOS, but I do have Low-grade Squamous Intraepithelial Lesions on my cervix. The doctor said it can take about a year for the body to clear/heal on its own. I’ve been generally having issues in balancing my reproductive flora as well. I figure that any sort of movement practice that brings blood flow and circulation and moves energy into the reproductive area will be at least somewhat helpful in helping my body heal the lesions and imbalances, so I will keep doing this and keep you updated on that. But most of all, wow this practice makes me feel great! Builds heat and gets my heart rate up without being overwhelming while also stretching and relaxing me. Best of both worlds. Thank you!!❤

Finally I'm here with my result I hv been doing your pcod series part1 to 3 for almost 1.5 months regularly.. day1- part 1 day 2-part 2 like this. I hv pcod from 2 years. And this worked for me i got my periods naturally after 40 days. Before that I was taking pills for periods to come.. then i stopped taking pills and did your yoga series + followed some restrictions like no junk food. Thank you sooooo muchhhh n i love you the way u explained everything and your voice is so soothing.. now I'll definately follow your yoga series for 3-4 months to regulate my periods.. 😘 please do more videos for Pcod. Wow it's so effective, I tried different yoga exercise for my pain during my menstrual period but this yoga exercise it's very effective, this month no more pain in my menstrual flow it really works. Thankyou so much I'm very blessed to found this yoga exercise.
This PCOS yoga is really helpful and kind of blessing. I have PCOS, From last 2 years I am on progesterone hormone and can’t get my periods without this hormone pill. I started doing PCOS yoga by akshaya Agnes and I did it for week and get my period without the pill. For last two months with yoga I got my periods without pill. And doing other cardio as well like walk (5-6000 steps) and following akshaya’s weekly charts which is combo of Pilates, cardio and yoga (personal training). I lost almost 16 lbs in last two months with regular yoga, exercise (5 days a week) and less carb no sugar diet. Yoga is helping me to control my stress as well. Looking forward to heal my fertility issues. Need Prayers and blessings ❤

I have been regularly (1 video per day) doing all the yoga exercises from the PCOS series since this year's start along with my daily workouts. I had been on medication for almost 2 years and had decided get off them and try getting back my menstruation by natural methods. I had also regulated my diet this month with eating mostly fruits for breakfast. I also tried to include frequent speed walks in my routine. I have been doing Dumbbell Upper body on monday lower on tuesday , full on Wednesday, On Thursday and Friday, i am doing akshay’s pcos yoga, this routine has helped me balance my hormones and regulate periods along with good diet (even cheating once in a week)
I was suffering from hormonal imbalance so my periods were very much altered as a result I faced many of the problems. I have been doing these three parts regularly from 2months n this time I have got my periods actually ten days early. I am very happy. @It’s yasmine hey I did part one and part two on same day and part three on next day. I follows this and now my periods are coming somewhat earlier. Even you try this it will work for you. And also keep your mind relaxed as much as possible as Akshaya ma'am told it will definitely work.

She’s good at the soothing movements which I think helps with PCOS but I noticed her main yoga flow is kinda random and her movements are not smooth 😅 i still will follow her for part 4 just to know her pov lol

I have been regularly (1 video per day) doing all the yoga exercises from the PCOS series since this year's start along with my daily workouts. I had been on medication for almost 2 years and had decided get off them and try getting back my menstruation by natural methods. I had also regulated my diet this month with eating mostly fruits for breakfast. I also tried to include frequent speed walks in my routine. I am so thankful and happy that I finally got my periods two days back after 2 months. Thank you so much Akshaya Di ! You've really come as an angel in my life 🥺❤️☺️🤗

I have been doing Dumbbell Upper body on monday lower on tuesday , full on Wednesday, On Thursday and Friday, i am doing akshay’s pcos yoga, this routine has helped me balance my hormones and regulate periods along with good diet (even cheating once in a week)

I was suffering from hormonal imbalance so my periods were very much altered as a result I faced many of the problems. I have been doing these three parts regularly from 2months n this time I have got my periods actually ten days early. I am very happy. @It’s yasmine hey I did part one and part two on same day and part three on next day. I follows this and now my periods are coming somewhat earlier. Even you try this it will work for you. And also keep your mind relaxed as much as possible as Akshaya ma'am told it will definitely work.

I missed my periods for 2 month & I started doing yoga from "5th Nov" did Part 1 for few weeks & last week i did Part 2 & 3 as well & today i.e; " 5th Dec" ' I GOT MY PERIODS ' 🥺❤️ which was delayed by 56 Days. At some point I lost hope coz I tried period drinks & everything but nothing brought my periods back, I was frustrated so decided to cut off the junk & be patient with Yoga & I did every single day for a month so like you said "Yoga Definitely Did Wonders For My Body" I will continue to do yoga coz you made me to fall in love with yoga sis 🧘♀️😌. She’s good at the soothing movements which I think helps with PCOS but I noticed her main yoga flow is kinda random and her movements are not smooth 😅 i still will follow her for part 4 just to know her pov lol
