    Thankyouuu so much it happened that i see your channel last month and do the 1-3 parts of this hormonal imbalances yoga due to that I don’t have a period for almost 5 months because of a major stress but i trust you and I always read the positive comments on your channel to keep going then after almost 4 weeks of doing the part 1-3 and with prepare care and eating i got my period. I do also the during period yoga because its lessen the pain when I’m do it and no need to drink a tablet for the pain. Thankyouuu so much it also lighten my mood and not trigger my anxiety. I hope by doing this more often i will get my regular period.

    This yoga is a magic especially for those who diagnosed with pcos , I usually gt my period every three months once, but after doing this yoga continuously for four days I gt my period n a month, thank you so much ❤

    I can’t thank you and your channel enough! ❤ I have struggled for PCOS for a while now. After reading all the positive comments about your workouts and yoga sessions I have it a try. After a month of trying it, I regulated my mestrual cycle naturally 😮🥹I have no words to explain how grateful I am to have done it naturally pain free and to be able to connect with my body daily 🧡would highly recommend to all women!!!

    Guys, i would like to share my experience, I was late about 3 weeks, but then I realized the problem I was having stresses over lots of things like weight gain and exams in school. I tried to cope my stresses and learned about eating mindfully. This yoga really helps me to cope my stresses. I also relax myself with ginger tea and binaural beats.

    Thank uh so much for these beautiful yoga videos .. I am suffering from PCOS since my first monthly circal. 4 years ago when we planned a baby I have to take lots of madicine and injections..And due to my pcos we are again visiting doctor for second child .. doc ask me to do hard work and physical exercise with only folic acid this time ..
    I did only running , and your yoga session daily.. and I got both of line rad in my pregnancy test. Thank uh so much dear . God bless uhh.

    I did your yoga routine for few days and my periods came 😄😄 I was having irregular periods since few months and I had to take tablets for inducing periods.. I was very worried about it but your Yoga helped me.. thank you

    It’s been a year since I started her PCOS Yoga Series and it was a life saver for me a year back I had started getting my periods for just Half a day with just usage of one pad and fast forward to one year later I am having periods regularly with an avg of 3-5 days every month thank you so much Akshaya Agnes you are such an angel for All the girlies dealing with Pcos ❤️❤️❤️ & I have literally seen the results in just a month❤️

    I have been practicing this yoga since four months with proper diet and lifestyle and this month I got my period exactly on d day I hd last month. From ages was suffering from PCOS never got my periods so early thank you so much this is really a magic I was waiting to write comments like others and finally my day hs come ❤️. I have a question mam cn I do it everyday till I conceive or alternative days are recommended mam doesn't it pressurize ovaries if we do everyday

    I'm not happy with my life. And this stress, unhappiness are making me to feel very down and heavy inside. This taking toll on my health mainly hormonal imbalances. I really hope by doing this practice I can be balanced emotionally and mentally. Thank you akshaya for providing us this video

      Hello.. PCOS is a lifestyle condition you have to workout everyday for 20 - 30 mins. And these PCOS yoga videos have various different asanas to regulate symptoms. You have to be doing them all. I put up various videos to kill the boredom. Not one video will fix the condition:) So pick one video everyday. Fitness is for life and if you stop working out you are prone to revert back the symptoms
