Even though the sound cuts off, I still watch, concentrate and continue doing this and part 1 of your pcos and hormonal imbalance videos every day (part 1 on one day and part 2 the next day) i started my period in January then I got my second one in February and it’s now august and it’s been 6 months since I’ve had a period, I know it’s normal in the first year or two, especially because I moved house in April and I used to over exercise and not eat a lot, now everything has changed, I’m in a new house, making my lifestyle right! And I hope this helps me to get regular periods!❤
THANK YOU SO MUCH. I have been facing hormonal imbalance issue for quite some time now. My cycle length increased to 37 days but this month even after 40 days I wasn't getting my periods. Then, luckily, I came across your channel and 3 days and 3 yoga routines later, I GOT MY P! Also, I usually get bad cramps but this time they were much better, much more bearable. @@SunitaVerma-u7r Hey, so this was 1 year ago I posted this...unfortunately I couldn't follow her routines in a disciplined way 'cause of which I didn't see the results I otherwise would have am sure had I practiced yoga regularly...but I can vouch for the fact that her pcos series is fab, it really helped with the cramps and I don't miss my periods whenever I follow her routine religiously...I also started going to the gym....am sure with the right amount of physical workout (i suggest both strength and flexibility training is important) and a balanced diet, you can manage your symptoms!

This is really helpful, tried a lot of yoga videos but this is best one among all of them. Makes me sweat, makes me actually look forward to the next session cause it feels good for my body. My body aches while sleeping but it's the good kind of ache. Thank you. Been struggling with Hormonal imbalance and irregular periods, this will help me a lot to trying to get my body back in shape. I'll do these workouts everyday to make it a habit, then add cardio after a month and will do these for cooldown.

I have been doing Akshaya's part 1 yoga since 2 weeks. In first week itself i got my periods 4 days before the due date which is the most positive sign. At this point in my life I have realized that it is so much important to work on internal health. There was a time I used to torture my body with hard core workouts in gym. Now I feel much better with good diet, yoga and walk. We need to embrace our body and not torture it. Thank you Akshaya for these hormonal yoga poses. I feel positive after practicing it.

This is really helping me a lot, I did it for 2nd time today and there's a huge change. My pelvic area is stretched. I have tried part 1. That was also amazing. I wish to loose my belly and breast fat. Kindly upload video for that. I will be obliged to you. 😊
Just want to go back here and say to every women who has PCOS to keep strong and believe in yourself that your period will come back. I've been there, and with proper rest, proper fuel (in my case, not afraid to eat more/gaining weight), proper exercise like using this video, your period will return!
this is helping, I m eating home cooked meals including chaye and doing this getting enough sleep, in only 3 days my jawline acne got shrink and i don't have pcod but i deal with jawline acne because of hormonal imbalance, genetic factors and stress ! I have tried weightlifting, cardio everything but i didn't get effective results ,yoga is healing I decided to do this every day :)

But this month, my periods got delayed after 2 years for 7 days. I was really worried because I have a trip planned on 26th, so I was regularly doing your Yoga routine since 3 days. And today I have done this session, and I got my period. I am so relieved that I can enjoy my trip now without any tension. Hey Agnes, I suffer from a strong case of PCOS and have just started following your Part 1 and 2 (day 3 today). I can feel the difference in that my body is feeling stretched & more relaxed. I can also feel that my energy levels are better. One thing I would really appreciate your help with is yoga poses for reducing belly fat. Maybe next time for sure 👍🏻 Sometimes practicers get overwhelmed with breathing cycles. It's definitely not crucial or harmful. Breathing - as of this video goes however your body is letting you do so ❤️
I had pcos and I cured pcos within two months through this yoga and eat healthy diet and cut-off all kind of sweets I was a sweet lover but I cut-off all kind of sweetners. And in second month of this yoga journey I conceived but unfortunately in 9th week I got missed abortion and I've done my DnC ..... now I'm starting my yoga class again with new spirit .... 😍😇

Hi Akshaya....your yoga routine is very helpful....i started doing it 3 weeks ago....2 days each part and sunday rest....in the third week i got my period after two months and they ended in 5days...i was tensed all the time with the irregularity....this routine also help me with backache....thank you so much for bringing it up and helping us with your calm demeanour....

Just want to go back here and say to every women who has PCOS to keep strong and believe in yourself that your period will come back. I've been there, and with proper rest, proper fuel (in my case, not afraid to eat more/gaining weight), proper exercise like using this video, your period will return!

I do your yoga since 5 days for 50 min I hope for the best results
this is helping, I m eating home cooked meals including chaye and doing this getting enough sleep, in only 3 days my jawline acne got shrink and i don't have pcod but i deal with jawline acne because of hormonal imbalance, genetic factors and stress ! I have tried weightlifting, cardio everything but i didn't get effective results ,yoga is healing I decided to do this every day :)

Hey Agnes, I suffer from a strong case of PCOS and have just started following your Part 1 and 2 (day 3 today). I can feel the difference in that my body is feeling stretched & more relaxed. I can also feel that my energy levels are better. One thing I would really appreciate your help with is yoga poses for reducing belly fat. I do boxing but because of PCOS I find it very hard to get rid of fat from this region. Thanks for these awesome videos :)

Maybe next time for sure 👍🏻 Sometimes practicers get overwhelmed with breathing cycles. It's definitely not crucial or harmful. Breathing - as of this video goes however your body is letting you do so ❤️

I had pcos and I cured pcos within two months through this yoga and eat healthy diet and cut-off all kind of sweets I was a sweet lover but I cut-off all kind of sweetners.
And in second month of this yoga journey I conceived but unfortunately in 9th week I got missed abortion and I've done my DnC ..... now I'm starting my yoga class again with new spirit .... 😍😇
