I really like this video and the steps were easy to follow. I'm in my 40s , and I want to dance too! Dancing seems to be the only thing that keeps my interest when it comes to working out. Regardless of what the leader is doing in the center I’m looking at her my eye is drawn to what she’s doing that’s the mistake of wearing dark clothing when you have a dark background everything fades into that especially if you are African-American too.
