Oh, my God, this was glorious!!! I used to do Barre, but then I got pregnant, had a kid, yada yada yada, well... I couldn't do it anymore. I started working out at home about three months ago and I just run into your videos about a month ago, but this one was cherry on the top. If I was doubtful I am not anymore I'm subscribed!!! I'm finally working to have my flexibility back!!
Thank you for this wonderful and very effective stretch routine. The cross over knee twist stretch has unlocked by lower back and hip to release it enough to eliminate sciatica pain. Have never been able to without chiropractic adjustment. Amazing!

This was such a good stretch! Omg yesterday was leg day and my hamstrings are so sore. This really helped release some of the tension/tightness/soreness.
I love you , you re so wonderful. Love your workout so much ! I did those 20 to 30 mins during my lunch break since July this year 2 to 3 times a week. I can you slightly different. I believe if stick its much tighter..... My body goal....my posture.....even my mental health will have much much brighter ❤ THANKFUL from my bottom of my heart ❤️❤️❤️
