Thank you for getting right to the point. I hate when tutorials start with meaningless info that lasts for several minutes. I will subscribe.
Thank you for great, clear instructions. 😀 I just finished watching a video in which the creator didn’t bother mentioning the heat level or time to cook the squash. Yeah, I watched it twice to make sure I didn’t miss something.
Thanks. I just picked a patty pan from the garden for the first time. I appreciate this video . This will be good tonight.
WOW this recipe is amazing !!! I mean, who would ever imagine to cook like this ? amazin...
Yep. Straight to the point. Thank you

Thank you for the information on the knife skills.
Perfect video thank you!
Great video, thank you.
Thank you for the great video.
'Until the oil shimmers'. I like that! Bought a yellow pattypan today & it's a lot bigger. R uk
Sooooooo delicious!! Thanks :)
I planted a ton of these and am excited to try this recipe! 😀
Did you get a good crop? How did they taste? I didn't realise they were that small. From pictures I've seen I thought they were kind of hand sized.
@@nitelite78it depends on how big you let them get on the vine. You can pick them smaller (as shown in this video) or you can pick them when larger.
Nice delivery
Thanks
I'm confused....I grow these in my garden and they're always about a foot in diameter. ?? Yours are tiny. Is it a different variety?
I don't think so. I think they are like zucchini: you turn your back on them for a couple days and they grow monstrously large. You have to harvest summer squash daily. They are meant to be picked when between 2--4".
I’ve never seen them that small either, mine are huge, as are the ones I get from farmers markets, I think these might be a different type. Just like the ones I grow can come in different colors
They look like that when picked early . If continued to grow it will turn white and get larger in diameter.
Those are just babies… the smaller they are the more tender they are. I try to harvest mine about 4 inches top. However, they grow super fast so if you blink your eyes, I can see where they would be a foot.
nice
Wow I did not know you could cook them that small
Those pattypans are so small, is that really the size theyre supposed to be? My mum would give me ones larger than my hand...
oh wow. someone gave me pattypans and they're like 7" around. haha. not what I was expecting.
These are tiny lol just picked one a foot in diameter lol
Did he have these growing in his backyard and picked them thinking that's as big as they get?
@@goatwarrior3570 Patty Pans are supposed to be picked between 2--4". They become monster-sized if you don't watch them daily; just like zucchini.
@@jeffus I have come to realize this season. It feels like they double in size in a single day. I only planted six of these plants this year and I have so many fruits I don't know what to do with them all.
@@goatwarrior3570 We are in the same situation right this moment. They go soft and discolor quickly. We bought a freeze dryer this year and I'm am about to research how best to freeze dry patty pans, then zucchini (they seem to last longer in the fridge).
No butter? This is why I don’t eat whyt ppl potato salad.
NOTHING LIKE EATING AN IMMATURE FRUIT.... (ewweee)
I've never seen Patty pan squash that small before! Don't get so technical and "cheffy". Everybody cuts things their own way.
Got to be the most boring patty pan recipe in the world
