Just found your videos and I love them. The music is fab, you don't speak in an over the top voice or in a patronising tone and the yoga is fantastic. Your voice is so soothing. Too many videos on UA-cam are too cheesy for me, yours are just fabulous. Thank you.

I have a neuromuscular massage this afternoon and I usually don't do anything before I go, but I just did this short but wonderful practice. I'm sure my therapist will appreciate it ;)
Fab! Now if you could do a slower, much longer version of this (just hitting first edge when time to move to next pose). Not a fan of hitting Pause and rarely convenient to do so. :)

Nice mixture from challenging stretches and relaxing positions. Bending over while the legs split is not working for me, I am not getting close to the bolster.

What are the dimensions for that type of bolster. I came across 2 that have same simensiona but weigh differently, one weighed 6lbs and the another 9 lbs. Does it make a difference? Thank you
Looks nice, but seeing that your body is small and compact there's no way i can do the same with my longs legs. I would force myself pushing my hip on the bolster. Would be nice if you include that in your explanation:that people have different lengths and could harm them selves trying to do the same.

I believe it is a variation of child's pose. I love teaching this stretch!
