    This 30-minute calming restorative yoga sequence is for deep relaxation, self-care, and stress relief. Practice this anytime you need to nurture your physical, mental, and emotional well-being.
    🔸 If you don't have a yoga bolster, you may use any large sturdy pillow or a stack of blankets. To help you make a yoga bolster substitute and learn how to use this prop, here's my tutorial video:
