I'd only add that it's really, really hard to find yoga routines on UA-cam which feature a more yin-style of holding poses for longer along with good commentary about the poses... perhaps others can benefit from this also ;)

I have painful joints and so doing any poses on all four are difficult for me and that makes me doubt my ability in yoga, however this practice I was able to make it through the whole 30 minutes with no joint pain! As someone removing the physical, emotional, and chemical stressors from my life, your reminders to ease the face and neck are always well-received and in line with the new mindful, positive lifestyle I'm adopting. I also appreciate the reminders not to force our body, to listen to it. It's not a race, but a personal growth process that takes time. I'm off to go XC ski now that I'm loose and energized. So calming. Love how 'quiet' your videos are, and your very soothing style. This practice makes me enjoy the slight tension of the poses, appreciate the ability of the breath to relax and go deeper....sometimes finding the body just wants to stay and release. For as many times as I've done it, surprised that, at the end, sometimes experience an upwelling of some emotion. Thank you.

I do this every day. Started before back surgery in July 2020. Took some time off after surgery, but now, it’s incorporated into my daily schedule. This has been so helpful for me. Thank you.
I was injured (not during yoga) so i was not able to do yoga for two months. Now that my doctor OKed starting, I started off with this gentle Beginner's Hatha (I used to do Intermediate Vinyasa Flows). This was so good and relaxing, I will continue with this one until I feel ready to go back to Vinyasa Flows. Thank You...

I love it! I am having some reflux issues right now and I can't do a lot of the normal poses. This workout was really close to the workout I've been doing for Acid Reflux, which I love. The only difference, we don't lay flat on the floor so pillows are used to keep me upright. I got a little sick to my stomach but it was ok. I was tired of doing the same flow every day and I need yoga like I need food. Thanks so much.
I found this wonderful video after a long walk and I was too tired to do stand up stretches. I searched ''seated yoga'' and this video popped up. It is one of my all time favourites now! Your voice is very soothing too... Thank you so much...
Thank you for this sequence, perfect because I'm really missing my practice due to a sprained ankle. Your soothing voice and excellent, specific cueing allowed me to get deeper into poses than I normally could . Wonderful!

I’m unable to practice a flow right now b/c of tennis elbow pain, so this was perfect.
Perfect 30 min yoga for people who are unable to do all those sun salutations.
I do this every morning and I feel less tired throughout the day. It is a healing and energizing sequence.
