Loved the quiet supported practice after 1.5 hours in the dentist chair. Sooo needed to destress my jaw neck and shoulders and this almost put me to sleep. Perfect. 🙏💜
Today is the 15 days of Menstrual cycle and at first felt irritation and not peace , as desire is to do something more speedy. But in the middle felt peace of mind! This slow practice did help to balance the mood !Namaste!

I don't understand that sutra! Experience the Earth below as insubstantial...wait, what? The earth i feel is very substantial. And then it explains: no support anywhere,not below not above, etc. But we've practised with a bolster and I don't want to think of myself falling! I couldn't make sense of it at all. Was I supposed to imagine myself floating? How did others experience this sutra? Otherwise great practice, thank you ❤
