Bro walking 15k steps after workout or should 15k steps be done in the whole day ??? As a cardio for fat loss?? One more thing as I am doing 6 days a week training every day and as i googled i found out that my maintenance diet should be around 2800 cals and I am eating around 2200 cals.Am I on the right track ? And taking about 1.5 gm of protein x my body weight which is 81 kg ???
