Excellent video. You sound very genuine and interested to share your experiences and help others and the results speak for themselves. Your presentation is to the point and filled with substance without extra talk that I see in many other videos. One minor suggestion - if you speak a little slowly we can follow more easily. And the vegetarian recipes are awesome and bust the myth that meat protein is needed to build muscle. Keep up the good work and you will be very successful as a health and nutritional influencer.
Well done young man! I am impressed with your aesthetics after body loss. I am seeing your channel for the first time and really impressed that you are vegetarian. Only thing is when you become 40+ then you will need some real protein to keep the muscles. Thanks for sharing the cheela recipe. My best to you from U.S!
yeah well 90percent of indians arent carnivore 30-40percent veg the others who eat eat it occasionally so he wont have problem with muscle mass if he isnt competing
Awesome work brother. Just wanted to state a few facts- 1) soya chunks have 53g protein per 100g. But the body does not absorb it fully/ bioavailability is not 100%, its 74% to be precise. So actually your getting 35g protein in your system, not 53. 2) moong dal has 22g protein per 100g. But again, it's bioavailability is 70-80% which brings it down to 16g protein on average. PS, coverting moong into a recipe like chila further reduces the nutritional value due to such extreme cooking. 3) not everyone can afford to derive 50g of protein from whey, nothing wrong from your side here, just saying. 4) Your meals, according to you provided 172.5g(which you showcased as 180g for views)of protein in the whole day, but considering everything that I said here which is biologically true, the actual protein content is around 95g + 50g from whey, total 145g, not 180. I just want you to understand that just going over the internet and seeing how much protein you get from foods isn't enough. There are various other factors for eg- bioavailability, feasibility, method of cooking. Other than this, salute to your hard work on having such an incredible transformation. You were consistent throughout the time and chose to do something with what you know, not many people can do that. On the path of being perfectionists with food people forget basic things like discipline and hard work, which you didn't and I have deep respect for that. Keep going brother. We are all going to make it one day ✌🏻
For years, I battled with unwanted weight gain. I just couldn't seem to lose those extra calories no matter how much I exercised. But I finally realized that it was my diet which is the main culprit because I was not consuming enough protein and fiber while constantly eating snacks that contained sugar and lots of palm oil which left me craving that for more. Then, I discovered a game-changer, Alpino Rolled Oats and it's peanut butter. This combo is a dream, it's packed with high protein to keep me feeling full and help me build muscle, plus tons of fiber to maintain my weight. But the best part is this is unbelievably delicious! No boring protein shakes or bland oatmeal for me. Alpino Oats and peanut butter satisfy my cravings without any added sugar. It's the perfect solution for anyone looking to lose weight without sacrificing taste.
Simple and nice video. Started my fat loss journey. I am a complete vegitarian and I don't get much source of veg protein with a bit of taste. but your options are good. will try it. I use the MyProtein whey. It is also good and like the taste too.
I struggled with weight gain until I found the best: Alpino Rolled Oats and peanut butter! High protein helps me build muscle, while fiber helps me maintain weight. Delicious, with no added sugar. Perfect for tasty weight loss!
It is not only about how much protein we eat but how much of the protein is absorbed in our body....The bio availability of soya chunks is very low....We can increase its bio availability by eating soya in fermented forms like tofu or tempeh.
Thank you so much means alot i was searching for this you saved alot time. Oneagain thanks. Surely gonaa try this. If changes happen i will let you know 😊❤

Soya vadi ki ek problem hai ki uska texture dry hota hai or karke restaurants me soya usually fry karte hai but if you dont want that excess oil toh usme thoda dahi daal sakte ho or agar pakate samaye dahi ka fatna pasand nahi toh one can add a little peanut or cashew paste.
Bro one confusion u have taken 100gm soya if u multiplies by 4 then calorie will be 400 and how come including rice and this calorie count will be 452???
Hey bro amazing video and very knowledgeable 🤗 I have one question about the workout for weight loss how we do workout means we do separate body part or we mainly focus on apes and cardio exercises or simply can you make a full workout plan for weight loss that can help lots of people and myself also

That would be if you consume more than 1kg/ day...which is obviously not possible. Males also have estrogen receptors. So eating 100 to 200 grams daily would do no harm. Yes excess of anything is harmful.👍👍
As a gym enthusiast, I'm all about peanut butter. It's my protein-packed go-to for energy. However finding one without harmful additives was a challenge until I tried Alpino Peanut Butter. It's all-natural-no preservatives or added sugars, just pure goodness. Perfect on bread for a low-calorie treat. Gym lovers and everyone else, @alpinohealthfoods this is the one for all your nutrient needs, with a delicious, creamy texture that's hard to beat
I am talking about my journey, losing weight felt impossible! I often take care of my body but it was not giving me any results. Finally, I realized that my diet was the villain. I barely have any protein or fiber in my food and I was eating sugary snacks loaded with palm oil that left me wanting more but affected my body. But finally, I got to know about my weight loss hero which is Alpino Chocolate Oats and peanut butter! This combo is a total dream, the high protein keeps me feeling full and fueled, helping me build muscle. Plus, the fiber keeps my digestion happy. But the best part is it's ridiculously delicious! Forget bland oatmeal and protein shakes that taste like hell. Alpino Oats and peanut butter satisfy my cravings without any added sugar.
