These video's have been life saving! They've been getting me through my degree so thank you so very much for explaining such complex matters and breaking them down so they are understandable to the common person
I'm going into the second year of my law degree and I just discovered your channel. Fantastic videos and they are extremely helpful. Keep doing what you're doing and I'm probably gonna use this channel to aid in my revision program. Thanks again!
Great! Well-planned lessons. Pedagogical. Thank you for your brilliant presentations. I want to watch & listen to your videos again & again. Best Wishes to you, Sir! 😊
great vid as usual. Regarding Hill v CC..., in spite of Lord Keiths comment on public interest, the approach of the judge was the Uniform approach, not Public Policy.
You are welcome - we will be uploading more this term - as a student you can also get a much reduced subscription ot the web site if we are doing subjects that you are doing Neil
just came across it in my reading :) thanks for the video it is so clear and informative. helpful in my studies. looking forward to your video regarding the answering technique :) . have a great day. thank you
Thanks so much for making this helpful video! My tort exam is coming up soon and I thought it would be a good idea to go back to the basics and refresh my memory of the essential elements of negligence! I'm going to also check out your other videos for my revision on other topics! :)
Hi Joyce all of our videos are currently being uploaded as we speak (and many more to follow) on our web site (the link is in the video description) in MP 4 format for use on mobile devices. Neil
Really helpful, it'd be brilliant if why you used for the video could be downloaded as it'd be the perfect basis for revision. Thank you, as there is very limited reliable resources for A level law.
Brilliant. I love these vids and the way you connect. I want to know about damage to my car by using an unadopted road, raised drain cover?? No one seems to be responsible for the road - there is not a single thing on it and nowhere to go. watching your vids I could almost defend myself easily they are so good.
thank you that was incredibly well explained!! but would you be able to do one vid about the development of the neighbours test to the Caparo test by also covering the Anns and explaining why each tests have been changed/ modified, please that would be fantastic!
Thank you so much for this vid. I am taking on my own complaint. Was stuck on the public sector not being so liable. Thinking they got me with this argument.
Because of your videos I got a 74 in my tort exam last year thank you so much you are an amazing teacher!!
These videos are very helpful for revision. Your visual aids make everything seem so simple. Thanks a lot. Keep up the great work.
