    This was so good! I love the 45 min sequence but sometimes it's a bit long so this sequence is a perfect add in.

    This was already a great sequence, then the breathing exercise at the end took it to another level of zen. I have a feeling I'll be doing this one regularly!

    Hi Shona, I love your videos! I was wondering if we could we get a post-meal yoga sequence video? Oftentimes after eating I feel bloated and would really love to move my body again but haven't found the right yoga video to guide towards loosening up my body after a heavy meal. This would be a game changer and would be SO APPRECIATED, thank you for doing what you do! Supporting you from the U.S. ~B.C

      @@shona_vertue great flow! Simple and relaxing! I like to do evening yoga most of the time and really enjoy your videos because I find your focus on breathing helps me stay focused through out the practice! My anxiety and adhd always want to take over and even when sometimes it starts you’ll call for breathing and I refocus! If I may request more evening videos and more get out of scroll hole videos!! My favourites of yours! 🙏🏽🤍🤍🤍
