    The transitions feel a bit rushed but I definitely feel stretched and warmed up!

      It's good on 0.75x playback speed if you like more time in the stretches

      @@elanorw3186 I found even the 0,75x playback to be too fast. Maybe I'm just too stiff lol :D Otherwise enjoyed the routine

    Just wanted to say ever since working from home is a daily thing I've been able to incorporate this into my morning routine and I LOVE it. Thanks for starting my morning right. (and side benefit, already seeing more flexibility after a week).

    The best mobility sequence ever! It is yoga-like, smooth and interesting!
    Doing it for over 1.5 months every day and I love it! It is the only sequence that helps me keep the discipline as I actually like it :)

    Hi Shona! I am a fellow Vertue method gal and am an avid follower of your content! This practice was just too fast for me so I could never fully get engaged in each position.     I did an intense upper body and core workout yesterday that left me quite sore, this stretched really helped me to loosen up a bit.

    This was so pleasant! It was quite quick between movements and I would have liked to stay in some positions longer or understand what was coming next, but all the movements were wonderful!

    Normally we're told to stay in each position for a few breaths but with the 15min exercises we tend to move from one position to the other rather quickly. What is the difference between the two?
