    I do this after exercising because the adrenaline from exercises prevents me from focusing lol.

    Oh this is the best yoga practice that I really loved. Simple and quick, no pressure. Loved it. But Id love seeing the 10 mins version with Warrior poses and sitting poses. Other than that. This one is killing it.
    I'd be waiting for another work of yours
