Thank you so much for this, I've been doing it for only fifteen days but there was a mass improvement in my study routine, I was able to concentrate for much much longer in my noisy house whereas earlier I would only be able to concentrate for a minute or so without listening to music, now I can sit for once and study for about six hours, this is magnificent!

@@КЭРИМУмурI use this video mostly and sometimes, I use other videos too. In the morning I start with a 30 minutes meditation( Maybe all this is not needed, I have Adhd and I am also a maladaptive daydreamer so it's really hard for me to focus)

I have my exam this morning and have my eyes losing focus and mind totally hazy. I'm physically and mentally spent but hearing this meditation was such a brain massage, I'll now get back and study as much as I can... WON'T GIVE UP!

@@royalericc its different for everyone, but I find focusing at least part of my brain on my breathing the whole time keeps me in the moment. And remembering that wandering thoughts are ok 😏.

I was struggling to stay awake and was only halfway through my working day (thankfully I work freelance from home) and tried this video yesterday. It felt like I'd had a couple of hours sleep after it and I could feel a physical change going on at around about the 3.5 minute mark. I thought it was just a coincidence but I've just done it again today and it's worked the same and I had the same sensations. I have trouble sleeping at night and the 3:00 p.m. lethargy is a regular thing so finding this is a godsend for me. Massive thank you.

I spent 5 minutes focusing and felt my mind relax. This practice helps me a lot with my anxiety. It helps me be ready for my studies as well. I feel focused and relaxed.

Before I did this I was like 'I have to try and focus on the music for like 5 mins? That's not gonna happen!' but then it felt like it was 30 seconds and then it was over.
I'm an overthinker and I have trouble sleeping because of all my worries distracting me. That leads me to having a hard time focusing at school and many other problems in life as well. My therapist and my German teacher recommended me to practice daily with 5-minute focus meditation, so this is my the first day trying it out!

im just an average student with only goals to have a good attention span and focus while I study, I've started this meditation few days ago and i'll be continuing to do this and try to give an update on it. Otherwise this def gives some postivity through out the day as i start my day with this and gives me some kind of calmness, and I love it.

I was facing lots of stress and anxiety because of all the workload that I haded. This meditation helped me lead of most of my stress and up to date, I practice this meditation on a daily basis. This very helpful specially for college students like me
I used this throughout my exam season to study everyday. As someone who struggles with depression and anxiety and its impossible for me to start studying or focus when im overthinking, this was a life changer now i listen to it basically everytime i gotta study. Sometimes 10 times a day ! Its so amazing i cant believe how easily it makes me go into the study mode! :)
i usually have a difficult time fully focusing during even short five minute meditations, but i could focus really well with this one! i’m usually in my head wondering when a meditation will be over but this one felt very short to me because i was so drawn in and focused. thank you so much for this

I have been following this meditating schedule for about 9 days now. I am a student preparing for college entrance exams. And EVERYDAY before i give mock test i just close my eye and meditate as instructed...

Ever since my class and I tried this at school, I’ve actually been hooked . Surprisingly I can even focus for more than an hour despite the possibility that I might get back to gaming . Don’t get me wrong , I love gaming but I do have a national examination coming really soon and it’s helped me especially in the sense where I get back my motivation to study . to the ones thinking whether they should do it or not, stop thinking and meditate with this audio u will feel like it took only 1!
this is actually my favourite mediation to do before studying! It helps me so much, more than any other guided meditation - and I have tried a ton!
It's just that the introduction feels so long after having done this particular meditation a ton of times. I'd love a longer version of this with a shorter introduction. I feel like I could practice holding my focus longer with that!

I did this and I was sitting in front of the mirror and lately I felt so insecure and I close my eyes and I did it and I try to breathe deep and get all that negative thoughts and when I finished I open my eyes and I saw how pretty I look and why I’ve been saying shit to myself this really helps and I feel confident after it thank you ,😓💖🧘🏻♀️

I have my first GCSE tomorrow and I’m finding it hard to sleep so I searched up meditation for exam stress and clicked on this video. I went into a complete state of peace. My legs got pins and needles and i didn’t breathe for about 1 minute (as bad as that sounds, it was so calming). I suddenly inhaled just before she started speaking again, almost as if my body knew it was nearly over. Will be revisiting

I have never did that meditation with hedhones on so I never felt like a few minutes But I did feel 5 minutes.

The positive motivation on how it's a win even if i manage to focus for 3-5 seconds was such a stress reliever. It's always nice to here that you are doing good.
So - I was having a hard time focusing on paper work that I have to do. So I used this mediation to help me get my focus on track. Afterwards, I returned straight to work - and 3 of my case spending termination had disappeared! They were officially closed. So, three less cases that I have to work on .... it was like magic, and I’m so happy about it! 😊

Loved how I didn't feel the need to force myself into listening to the music because of the narration and as someone with very sharp hearing, the music was so comfortable for my ears. I've been experimenting with a hole range of other meditation in the morning including the wim hof method and this is by far the best for focus in the morning. ever since i swaped this meditation out for other ones I found myself not being able to focus on what I was studying...this is litrally a life saver thank you

While I couldn't focus for very long (maybe the longest was 30-40 seconds), it was still very calming, and sent my mind to a very happy place.
90 days are left for my exams and I'll take this as a challenge to do meditation everyday

I am the worst at studying. I can't focus long, easily distracted. My mind will wonder so far from task, it's can be 1 to 2 hours before I just get up and leave. Then, I found this video. I don't know the magic behind it, I don't care to know how that worked, but I am never more focused after hearing this. Ace the pop test, 2 to 3 hours of un-distracted studying. @sulaimansulaiman3746 Yes Really!! I listened to this almost every study session. I was horrible at focusing and getting easily distracted. After listening to this, I was able to focus on just the music, and I learned to drown out her voice as well as my fleeting thoughts. I recently aced my FAA Written Exam with 100% thanks to this video helping to guide my mind and stay on track.

@sulaimansulaiman3746 Thank you!!😊 I focus on both to an extent. Since breathing is a natural function, I only put minimal effort on that. When I gear in on the music it helps to center my mind on just one thing. So when my thoughts start to wonder I'll bring my self back to the music. I only listen to it at the start of my study session. After which I'm completely locked in on the material in studying.

This is a great meditation for my ADHD! The music gave me something for my busy mind to pay attention to, and it was short enough that I was actually left wanting more. I honestly could have gone longer, but it was great to not have that awful "is it over yet" feeling I get with long meditations.
