      Jo v ho app ko calories restrictions me rehna he..to app ka weight reduce hoga..nahi toh impossible.. calorie restriction is the way to live longer ....

    I was scrolling through weightloss videos for a wedding that i have to attend in December. Knowing that i have a few months in hand i decided to change my eating habits and incorporate healthier habits. Therefore from today I will begin my journey. I will update here. I started out at 66kg. Will update after a month.

    Dii me 8-10 litter pani peti hu or dieting bhi karati hu or morning me 1:45 min running walking karati he morning me 1-2 roti leti hu ya fir sprouts fir 11am Black tea with apple 1 pm salad 1 bowl curd without suger and 4 clock balck tea and than before 7 pm I can do my dinner it's good or not plzz explain it.
