Dii me 8-10 litter pani peti hu or dieting bhi karati hu or morning me 1:45 min running walking karati he morning me 1-2 roti leti hu ya fir sprouts fir 11am Black tea with apple 1 pm salad 1 bowl curd without suger and 4 clock balck tea and than before 7 pm I can do my dinner it's good or not plzz explain it.
