    We always soak Nuts overnight or quick use for half hour in hot water. Soaking nuts before use reduces Phytate and improves their digestibility. You get more nutrients.

    ‼️Cashews should either slightly roasted or soaked overnight before having them, coz..cashews contain some bad bacteria that are released when they r soaked, so we also need to avoid drinking cashew soaked water

    I love overnight oats especially in the summer nice cool and refreshing and then cold months I warm up my oats best thing ever I make mine with unsweetened vanilla almond milk and top with either nuts and dried fruit or fresh fruit if i want chia seeds i soak it overnight with the oatmeal ❤

    Great recipe! I love making this exact same recipe. My tip would be to mix Moringa powder to the oats when dry as it mixes well. We can add chia seeds too.

    India, Pakistan and Bangladesh, also Middle East and Central Asia are blessed with Herbs, in India and Pakistan we also have separate pharmacy for ayurvedic and unani medicines many formulas are available otc, i don't know much about ayurvedic formulation except some such as Chwanprash, but in Unani there are many ancient formulas available even the surviving formula of Ancient Greek physician Galen which is Jawarish-i-Jalinus it is good for Liver, stomach and vital organs according to Unani and ancient greek medicine... Also Itrifal Ustukhudus which is good for brain it has triphala and lavender, India, Pakistan and Bangladesh are blessed with these medicines

    Moringa leaves are called as MURUNGA leaves in east asian countries like srilanka. It is also the powder I ve been ignoring in my own kitchen since I was a kid. I never knew it could be consumed this way. so thank you for letting me know.

    I tried soaked oats once, by keeping them in fridge for more than 3 hours.
    But it turned out still hard to chew. I don't know if that would help in digestion for some people.
    I do prefer hot/cooked oats over soaked now.

      Yeah. I always making oat with hot water since childhood (like making coffee or tea). And I drink it like beverage. Lately I’ve seen people make overnight oat and it’s kinda weird to me cause I feel like the oat is not cooked properly? And won’t be good for my stomach.
      I like some of recipes that I would like to tried, like putting chia seed and fruits but I don’t think I would make it overnight. I would continue to make it when I feel like I want to drink it with hot water.😅

      I bought them together and put it in my coffee. Moringa by itself taste bad.

      @@elenaclassen4546 Moringa is not really good for women causes miscarriage and disruption to menstrual cycles also does Macca Root (drinks and creams) used to plump the thighs and buttocks in certain countries. All different from Green Tea wonderful ceremonial (high grade) sweetened Matcha Powder.

    Mix Moringa powder separately in water and drink it otherwise it spoils the taste of oats. 😅😅

    I would replace cashews with almonds, as cashews will raise your cholesterol levels if eaten regularly. Pistachios are plant seeds, better nutritionally, and won't raise the cholesterol levels. Take care.

      There is no need to cook d oats. . . Dey taste simply superb d next morning. . . Dey r called overnight oats

    Oat with milk ,one coffee with milk 🥑, blueberries, banana 🍌 (all are no sugar).one slice of bread. [ fiber, carbohydrate , coffee for liver , protein ,vitamins ] sometimes oat with herbal.

    I would blend the oats with the cashew and moringa ,water/milk and left if for overnight. Then add the fruits topping in the morning!
