Thomas always gets a 👍
A single gyre in the back corner low, with bottom directed toward from of tank, and top directed across back of tank (or vice versa) gives great flow. Mix them with other Jebaos at different heights, speeds etc, wavemakers or gyres, gives great random water flow throughout.
Citric Acid…OR.. Sicce Pump Clean?
Even though they’re the same thing?
Lol…I see what he did there.
Gyre pumps are dank for corals bois
I’ve got 3 Jebao gyre pumps. Running for years now at 1/4 the cost.
hey quick question, so i have a 20 gallon cude that's Lps only do you recommend the Vortech mp10 or the jump 2k gyre?
realy would like a video n the mj30 the light realy has me interested but id like a par reading from a reputable source and brs is probly the best
Does one controller work with 2 pumps? Or do you have to buy another whole setup with pump and controller?
Does some one know if the flow caps of the 330 fits on one of the gyre 2 or 4k. Those caps that block the light and helps a bit the flow direction?
noob here, what type of citric acid and what concentration? THX!
would love a side by side with the icecap pump
Nice. Great that Maxpect provides spare bushings.
I sure wish Jebao offered spares as well..that’s the only reason I’m needing to buy new Gyres. But tough to pay over double for essentially the same thing.
Also who would ever want ORANGE rotors??
Was Terrence (formerly w Neptune) involved in design choices? LoL
Not to worry, they include a set of black if you don't like the orange 🙂
Is this compatible with Icecaps battery back up?
It's the exact same pump as the icecap models?? Literally the SAME controller.
Icecap licenses their pumps from Maxspect! Pretty sure they use an app-only Hydros based controller now with no onboard controls.
@@ThomasBReef That explains it. Love the pump, i swear by these!
Good to know they come with black rotors. I can’t understand how they thought orange was acceptable to put in a reef tank 🤮
I like it 😅
Less background music volume please, very distracting and annoying, made it hard to listen to you (had to turn on subtitles). Furthermore, your video's are great, thank you!
