How long can we store in the fridge? For multiple Servings?
Sorry for the slow reply here. You should be able to store multiple servings in the fridge for a couple of days. Make sure to use an airtight container

Can you tell me on the Began Chickpea Summer Salad with a parsley dressing, how far ahead can you make this salad?
Hi Janet! I hope this answer reaches you in time! I would say not more than from morning till lunch time. I had it 12 and also 24 hrs after making it and it's just not as good. THe avocado goes brown and for some reason the chickpeas lose "juicyness"
@@hurrythefoodup Thanks for the response. I made this recipe for a college class and it was not a hit with the college-aged kids; however, I LOVE IT! Their tastebuds will have to mature, I guess.

I only disagree about the feta cheese, I'd omit it. Apart from that I'd definitely add this to my repertoire.
Does it make it too high fat for you? Adding feta I mean. Try it, it's amazing.
