    I've been following your workouts for a couple of months now, especially your ab ones! I really like how you say 'I hate this' etc - keeping it real and relatable! Also I SUPER appreciate not having to pop up and down to standing, flip over to our front etc - somehow it's a lot easier psychologically to get to a workout if I know I can stay lying down for the whole thing! Thanks very much - I was using Peloton before but I don't need them any more :)

    I abs hurt just watching this 😂😂 can't wait to bolt this on to my routine later. Been following your other Hiit work outs and I've noticed such a difference in my glutes and waistline!!     Thank you Zanna! You rock! This looks awesome, and I love how you explain all the variations and good technique and how it's in real time. I was bored with my current ab workout, and not feeling challenged enough. I'm going to try this today! Hey, is there anyway you would do an intense glute focused workout for folks stuck at home that have a bench, barbell & barbell pad? I know I"m not the only person who put together a pretty well equipped home gym when the gyms closed. Something intermediate? For those of use who have a setup for hip thrusts and sumo dead lifts? Those two exercises are so important to include, and they can be replaced with Romanian dead lifts with dumbbells, and sofa hip thrusts for those folks less equipped, so everyone could benefit!

    I tried it, I love the burn, but I can't stop crunching in my neck and by the second exercise it hurts. Don't know how to get rid of that habit

    Note to self:
    20/10 x2
    10 mins no repeat x1.5
    Second time:
    Leg drops (instead of bent legged sit ups)
    Leg only bicycles (instead of ab hold)
    Bicycles (instead of ab hold)
    Ab hold (instead of 2nd v sit pulses)
