Do you think the SV.4 would have a better beam pattern in a reflector compared to the GTR
Sometimes it can really come down to year/make/model, both are pretty comparable but the GTR is usually brighter.
will the 9005 work as a low/high beam bulb for a single projector housing?
Most projectors use a shield for low/high beams, so yes the 9005 would be compatible.
The led light chip should be facing 3 and 9 o'clock, correct
That is correct!
Does it matter which led is on top the longer or shorter??
For dual beam LEDs, the chip closest to the very top of the LED bulb will need to be on the top. The LED chip closest to the base of the bulb will need to be on the bottom.
