They were great bulbs in all other aspects but for $200+ I saw no discernible improvements. Maybe it was just me. I hope they work for everyone else.
First, thanks for being honest about the yellow version being less bright than stock and showing that the lens defrosting feature doesn't work too well. A few things to note: - The lifetime warranty is a great idea long term. - I don't understand why the H4 still uses outdated ZES chips which create a poor beam pattern, when all the other sizes have the updated emitter. - One of the biggest reasons the lens defrosting doesn't work is because most headlights have an anti-glare cap installed in front of the low beam bulb, which redirects most of that warm air back at the reflector. For projectors the air simply blows into the splitter shield and the glass dome so it never really reaches the lens.
@@jadonboyce1503did you do a warranty claim? I had one that I thought weny out and they replaced it pretty easily. Turned out to be a vehicle issue and not a bulb issue though.

Yellow LED bulbs are not the same yellow as a halogen and its light at different wave lengths so actually LED lights dont cut through fog better than halogens. I love me LED's I have yellow GTR Lighting 2.0 fog lamp bulbs and xenon headlights. The yellow looks cool, but doesnt help me one bit in the fog.
What do you think about those fanless led bulbs? My fog lights assembly doesn’t have any covers so it wont work with a fan or anything dangling around the back housing.
Stupid question but what is the advantage of the full LED assembly replacement VS just changing the bulbs? I have a 2023 RAM 1500 classic with the projector headlight option, would i have to change the entire assembly to see REAL improvements?
Both options are good, but it depends on your goals and budget. A full LED headlight assembly is optimized for performance, giving you the best possible brightness, beam pattern, and focus. However, upgrading to LED bulbs can still be a great, budget-friendly improvement over OEM and will definitely enhance your visibility. If you’re looking for maximum performance, go for the full assembly, but LED bulbs are a solid upgrade if you're looking to improve without breaking the bank.
To prevent any anti-flicker, we do suggest using the PWM Anti-Flicker module in the additional drop-down menu on the website. This will be needed for vehicles that share a high beam with DRL, or vice versa low beam with DRL.
Are these LED bulbs brighter than a morimoto HID set? I currently have HID but I think one of the ballast is going out and if these are better I'd definitely get them.
This answer can vary depending on what headlights you currently have - if you have OEM HID headlights and you're using a Morimoto HID kit, that will be the best combination. If you're using OEM Halogen headlights with an HID Kit, you may see improvements by switching to LEDs instead. LEDs also tend to have a much longer lifespan that HIDs, meaning you don't have to replace them every 2-4 years!

It's worth noting that they ditched the DRL function that the 3.0s had... That was my top reason for buying the 2strokes, I'm really disappointed. These things look like they suck. How come i can buy a 10,000 lumen flashlight that will melt the retinas off of a deer at 200 yards for $100 but no one has managed to make a decent headlight
Flashlights can focus all their light output in a narrow beam, which is why they can reach high lumen levels in a compact form. Headlights, however, have to meet rigorous standards for road safety and vehicle compatibility. They’re engineered to provide balanced light output that maximizes visibility without blinding oncoming drivers, which means they can’t just crank up the lumens. Additionally, headlights are designed to withstand outdoor elements, temperature fluctuations, and long hours of use, requiring durability and heat management that most high-lumen flashlights don’t need.
I understand your concern! While they might not seem as bright in certain conditions, these headlights are designed for optimal performance and balanced overall usage. Their focus is on providing consistent visibility and safety across different driving environments.

Why you didn’t compare Morimoto 4.0 with 3.0!?
3.0 is being discontinued, and no longer available for purchase!
@@HeadlightRevolution I purchased 4.0 from you as the link directed me there. It is significantly dimmer than gtr and sv.4 but color temperature of morimoto is perfect. Also, there are black spots on morimoto but not GTR and SV.4. The GTR and SV.4 are bright but put strain on eyes and bright white color 6000k is not optimal. Is there any led bulb with around 5000K but bright?
Compare it with Go-Performance X2 and T2 LED bulbs
Noted!
Put it against the SV4's with brightness
Noted!
Does anyone make an H15 Bulb for Mercedes Benz cla 250 4Matic
SV4 makes an H15 bulb!

If we consider the yellow color, then you're asking to buy a bulb that is less bright than the stock bulb, with the fact that it is more expensive than the stock bulb
How does this work??
the yellow bulb is intended for dog lamps. that's why they're less brighter.
What Jett said, yellow is intended for fog light purposes!
Cant get the Morimoto nor the GTR in Europe. Have to use the crap chinesium ones. Bummer
We ship worldwide!
I live in Germany , its not a problem to purchase a pair of any of these , I got the 2stroke 3.0 two years ago, and they are still like the first day.
Not DOT compliant
Then what’s the point?….
No LED bulbs are DOT compliant, regardless of marketing claims
It's worth noting that they ditched the DRL function that the 3.0s had... That was my top reason for buying the 2strokes, I'm really disappointed. The 3.0s don't fit my headlights because of the horrendous adjustment system, but I'm tempted to try to make them work now. The 4.0s are overall a downgrade
These vs gtr ultra 2
Check back next week!

HID.'s are still the top dog, in my opinion, for overall performance.
Great videos, BUT... This is America, can you quit using meters please!? Unless you know something the rest of us don't, (veterans and military) that there is infact a NWO, get back to standard! I'm so sick of metric! Thank you and keep on making the videos guys! Respectfully submitted,

I'm going what a few other ppl are saying in here. We all know your going to it anyway lol 4.0 vs Ultra 2.0
Coming very soon!
Ok but how would DoT verify and force me to not use them in my headlight?… some of these laws are just so hilarious
🤷🏼♂️🤷🏼♂️
SV4 is still king for me. Morimoto is overpriced for my liking
SV4 is great too!
Well lifetime warranty would be better than the other expensive dinky LED things I bought that didn't last.
We hear you! That's why we focus on products backed by strong warranties to ensure long-lasting performance.
I am going to pass on these since the 2 stroke 3.0 lasted about 3.5 years and the lifetime warranty means 3 years and thats it.
Lifetime warranty = lifetime replacements, regardless if it lasts 3 years or 6! The older 2stroke LED bulbs did not have a lifetime warranty, only a limited time-based warranty.
Did this guy eat Cheetos or dye his hair or beard or something?
😂😂
👍
Why is it smoking in the intro?... Smoking electronics is not good...
Fog machine for special effects
all its doing is increasing power due to the losses as it heats up. its not gonna make it brighter.
We've tested and verified that these do increase in lux over time. We do testing after 15 minutes and use and have found an increase in almost every application.
yea and it can also change with power supply each time, sure it reads the same but its never truly the same, also the same with using a car battery@@HeadlightRevolution
Dont seem to be very bright
I understand your concern! While they might not seem as bright in certain conditions, these headlights are designed for optimal performance and balanced overall usage. Their focus is on providing consistent visibility and safety across different driving environments.
Btw , comparing the 3.0 to the 4.0 , the new 4.0 housing is alot smaller than on the 3.0 . This is on a 9008 or a H13 bulb . Ya'll try em out, they are great bulbs.
Thanks for sharing! 🙌🏻
