      how long did it take for you to see the muscle definition?? i too have been moving with nicole consistently for 3 months now i wasnt this consistent with her or any other workout and i'd love to know that my consistency will pay off!!

    I thought about doing a yoga workout today, and just when I started to look for one, I noticed you had uploaded this! Almost shed a tear during the chair sequence, but this was a great, creative and energizing workout!😊

    This was perfect. I never feel more in tune with my body than doing Move With Nicole workouts. And somehow they challenge me, fatigue my muscles, make me sweat & I still come out of it feeling strong and energized.

    I have been doing Nicole’s workouts for 5 months now three to five times a week. My body feels much stronger. When I started I couldn’t get through any of the beginner classes. Now I can do the longer ones without stopping. I recommend Nicole to anyone who wants a home work out. Nicole you have changed my work out life. I feel stronger and healthier.

    My first longer yoga with Nicole, (the first in years), and I feel very good after it, three weeks ago I would not have attempted this. Some things are beyond my capacities, but overall I feel strong and buzzy. My knees will definitely strengthen from the lunge and balance work, I'll definitely be repeating it.

    this is the workout where I finally -after like 10 weeks- fully realise what you mean when you say to drop my ribs down to my hips. I'm really going to be able to increase my core strength now! Crazy that it took me so long to understand. But the standing pose where we cross our legs over one another and cross our arms really forced me to drop my ribs and draw upon my core strength. Thanks for this!

This was my first time doing yoga rather than pilates and I was SO SORE from my 3 hour hike on Sunday that my whole body popped during this lol. Its also been a hot while since ive done a wheel pose and my back was feeling the stretch and my wrists were suffering too.

    I just want to say great thank you for your work💖 Nicole, your trainings rise both inner and body power. I feel like my personality is transforming under the influence of little everyday habits.     I been doing yoga with Charlie since August last year. Now's a great time to flow with somebody new & l must say this was an explosive experience & a much needed one at that! Namaste my new friend 💚🧘🏾‍♂️
