Today I realized why I should never, ever skip my daily routine on the mat with you. Going beyond the physical benefits, which are great on their own already, I realized that practicing how to have control of my body and of my breathing on the mat also helps me control my emotions and my reactions in all my day-to-day situations. I find myself being more assertive and taking a deep breath in and out before letting my temporary emotions or a stressful situation control my mind and my actions. It just makes me a calmer, easier going woman and I must admit that life is way more enjoyable when my mind is wired like this, when I feel at peace.
So thank you Nicole ❤ You are truly an artist in what you do.

I love that you always say to do the movement carefully, “like carefully roll your spine up” or “carefully reach your hands down”, just having the word “carefully” there i feel like helps me do each movement with intention and purpose, without rushing it. thank you for another great video :)

I really liked this workout!!! I've been doing your workouts for a week and I'm already seeing results way faster than weightlifting
This one was a challenge for me! I loved how you perfectly guided the proper position through the practice. I use my iPad and had to pause a few times to get my balance for the one standing lunge. But I did it and will go back to this class. I really enjoy the combo of yoga and Pilates. I did lol when you said “carefully place for forehead to the soles of your feet.” I was just able to lean forward! 🤣

Looooved this! It's just the right amount of work and relaxation... I recommend doing the yoga portion at .75 speed to get a really deep stretch!

Hi Nicole, First of all I just wanted to say thank you for all the time and effort you put into doing these classes. Two years ago I was doing Pilates classes and they were similar to yours yet I had to travel 1 hour to do them as we live on a farm and now I don't have too. I wanted to ask a question regarding the side lunge exercise in this workout . I am unable to keep my balance, I have to leave my hands on the floor. I'm hoping you may have some words of wisdom here as to what may be the problem. I'm assuming either tightness or weakness in some area as well as my core as I find it difficult to do the one legged balance as well. I hope you or someone else maybe able to help me .I am a 52 year old woman and have only just started doing your classes regularly again. I have 9 children,5 still at home, so I am trying to do this consistently for my health as we live on 75 acres and have a large organic garden and was trying to keep on top of that and wasn't looking after myself. Thank you Nicole! It was perfect because I’ve been too busy and I didn’t do exercise from a month, I feel weak and tired, so I thought I couldn’t do any intermediate level workout. But this video was relaxing and helped me to find some strength!

I have been practicing yoga for years and I tried a few Pilates classes here on UA-cam and I didn’t vibe with it. I did a yoga Pilates one week challenge with another teacher on here and it was great. And I found that I like the combination of the two. I was so excited to see that you made a playlist with classes like this and this was my first one. You are now my new favorite teacher. Keep it coming. What a great flow for the hips! I have some creaky joints setting in and this workout avoided any further aggravation of those areas.

Started Move with Nicole about six months ago. By far, this is the best workout I've had with you. Hats off to you for keeping workouts fresh and challenging! Just awesome! :)

Thank you so much for these short classes. I was a very athletic woman. weight lifting for most of my 60 years (didn't start until I was 19). was a runner for a few years. Spin class for a couple, kickboxing for a few and then little by little with growing leg pain and foot, became unable to do much aerobic. Finding out that my body has osteoarthritis all through it. My should is degenerating and needs replacement (got a steroid injection), my knees are becoming so stiff it is hard to bend, my right foot so really bad and the toes needs an operation and is in pain everyday. But I continue to lift. Beginning of Covid I found Yoga and Pilates classes to do. They are very hard for me as my wrists, the shoulder and my knees limit movement. I haven't been consistent in these classes as I always revert to weight lifting (I have been doing it with Caroline Girvan since Sep of 2020). I want to keep my muscles as strong as I can, but recently, instead of stronger I am getting weaker with weakness in my body and a constant burning through my legs and arms and pain in the areas I am working that shouldn't be there for as long as they are. I'm dejected and becoming depressed, but trying to not give up. Your class along with Boho Beautiful and Cat Meffan have been what I am leaning to now until I feel I can try the weights again and this time I will alternate.
I appreciate you and all the others for giving us these classes to keep ourselves to continue. Thank you.

I use your workouts as a stretch/cooldown after my weight/hiit workouts. As I am still working my muscles but also stretching them. Use them as an active cool down! ❤️❤️❤️the variety of videos you share❤️❤️❤️❤️
