one of my favorite things about this channel and the weekly playlists, is that each day there's often a new video I've never seen before. I do the workout and then head to the comments section to see if anyone else's glutes were screaming like mine were - and it's cool to see the comments from a year ago, and then 5 months ago. I don't know why but it kind of became a habit to read through the comment section before starting class and every time I realize how much I love being part of the community and every workout I realize how much I like Nicole as a person. As I'm on my period and I've been in a very oddly depressive state these past couple of days, the first ten minutes felt so long. I still decided to continue, because I remembered how good I've always felt after your workouts. This was no exception. My glutes are on fire and I'm sweating, but I couldn't feel more refreshed. I don't know how you do it, Nicole, but you really make me get out of bed every day and carry on with my life. You are amazing, keep going!🥰❤
I wasn't feeling my best today. So I'm the morning I did the first 30min of the exercise and finished the last 10min late afternoon. I'm proud that I exercised.
Dear Nicole, I hope you will see my comment, because I would like to thank you from the bottom of my heart. I am diagnosed with arthritis (RA), which makes my joints (knees, elbows and ankles) stiff and painful. My condition changes from day to day when RA flares up, but I have to move my body with some low impact exercises that won't cause any additional damage to my joints. Luckily, I found your channel. I've been doing your pilates workouts every single day for over a month and what I've noticed is the following: 1. I am more flexible and my body looks more lean than it did while I was doing CrossFit during my non-flare phases. 2. My abs are more visible and my posture improved significantly. 3. My lower back doesn't hurt anymore. 4. My RA affected joints are less painful and stiff after your exercises, I can walk and move with more ease and less pain. 5. MY MIND IS MORE CALM, which was the biggest challenge to achieve. My breaths are deeper, I feel more relaxed even though I am sweating like crazy while doing your challenging exercises. I don't know how to thank you enough, since you made me fall in love with pilates and experience all the benefits that come from doing it daily. For all my fellow RA diagnosed friends, please do Nicole's workouts on days when you feel okay and you will definitely feel many mind and body related benefits. Thank you Nicole, please never stop filming these videos. 💖
I am grateful for my yoga practice which includes Move With Nicole. My daughter and I enjoy these workouts together. When she left for college, we would message each other about which MWN workouts we tried. They were a bond which kept us together while apart. Much ❤️ and many thanks! 🙏

Oh Nicole. I'm on week 3 of my pilates challenge only doing your classes. I must say, I now Love pilates !!! My first week was a struggle 🤣🤣 eventhough I workout consistently doing strength training and cardio. Now 3 weeks in and my flexibility has tremendously increased. Oh wow, this one was AMAZING! Such a good burn. My glutes & legs were on FIRE during the Lunges-series (especially during the little "runs" and the Pulses at the end!) & then the sequence on our sides really KILLED my glutes & thighs. My abs also burned & ahh, I just loved this entire workout. THANK YOU!

Thanks Nicole for this challenging workout, I find it pretty hard doing the movements with mini band, and I got a bit upset as it’s out of my comfort zone. However, I acknowledge that it’s absolutely not relaxing at all while we bteaking our old limitation to conquer the new level of strength. Be patient with youself and just do it.

These videos are my favourite! The mini band is such a powerful tool when you know how to use it and 40 mins is the perfect length! 😍❤️
Thanks Nicole for this challenging workout, I find it pretty hard doing the movements with mini band, and I got a bit upset as it’s out of my comfort zone. However, I acknowledge that it’s absolutely not relaxing at all while we bteaking our old limitation to conquer the new level of strength. Be patient with youself and just do it.
