My late maternal grandfather came from Oslo, Norway after World War I when he was in the Norwegion Merchant Marine, he went to visit his aunt & uncle in the Bay Ridge section of the Borough of Brooklyn to visit, he worked for his uncle in his uncles bakery, learned English. He went home to visit his parents, when he go back to the U.S. at Ellis Island he had found out he was an illegal alien and he didn’t know till he was told. He had 2 options which were go back to Norway or go to Canada, he chose Canada where me met my late maternal grandmother in Niagara Falls, Ontarion,Canada. My maternal grandparents were immigrants, my late wife, oldest son & late daughter were immigrants from the Philippines in 1981. I met my late wife in 1975 when I was in the Navy. I married my late wife in 1979. We stayed married 31 years.
I want this America, again. Immigration is what has made our country beautiful. Let's get back to it!!! We've all been instrumental in the making of this country!! Let's not demantle all we have accomplished!!!!!!
We have never stopped. We welcome more than one million immigrants to the United States every year. But there is a limit to how many immigrants we can welcome at one time. Immigration has to be orderly and manageable. It has to be secure. Not just for Americans, but for the immigrants as well. How much good would we be doing the immigrants who come here if there are no jobs for them? If there isn't enough housing for them? If they immigrate away from poverty, only to land in poverty, what good have we done them? The only beneficiary in that case are the criminals who are eager to take advantage of immigrants and exploit them.
Except we have learned throughout the decades that rules and regulations need to be followed in order to keep this great country what it is. I welcome anyone who wants to start a new life here. Just do it the right way. If you have nothing to hide, it shouldn’t be a problem.

Note in all these clips how happy these people are. They're coming over on boats and ships, wanting to make a better life for themselves, but also improving their new home in the process. They brought new cultures with them but were also anxious to form part of the melting pot, merging those cultures to make America better. Learning English and blending into American culture while keeping their own languages and cultures intact was a point of pride. I remember being a kid on holiday, I'm not sure if it was Cork, Kerry, or Galway but I remember being on a beach with my Da in front of the Atlantic and him saying "The next stop is America." Incredibly nearly 5 years of being emotionally blackmailed into a crazy text book guide to dismantling an American and destroy my family from a criminal out of Colombia . A stranger that knew me before meeting me set up a trap I have no control of and took everything I have from behind my back . Convinced me of being the love of my life loosing my everything purposely for his gain and I not know any of it until he leaves me in 2019 and still to this date struggle surviving from the rope that is our new civil war in AMERICA . Except she took on this abuse for 13 years even to now one only wonders what strength she had to fight back to finally be heard for justice to be made to regain her freedom . In this same type of control using the loop holes of the court system to defy our constitution rights to defend ourselves now thousands are living proof that the system is so corrupted we are ready and willing to share our story . So that if anything it can save the future of the thousands of innocents victims of immigration marriage and benefit fraud that poisons in the future of this country . This terrorist attack is happening and will effect far more Americans than 911 if we continue to ignor the power we have as a society and community to change and correct this law that allows false allegations of domestic violence be used with no evidence but a criminals statement and self petition to do so secretly and get away with nearly murder. The dirty little secret America holds back from facing up to is thru our own policy’s that allows such devastation on so many innocent lives. Congress needs to address this epidemic sooner than later or at least as long as I can live to see change happen to survive such abuse on mind, body , health and spirit as born a human citizen of the united states of AMERICA.

My maternal grandparents were immigrants, my late wife, oldest son & late daughter were immigrants from the Philippines in 1981. I met my late wife in 1975 when I was in the Navy. I married my late wife in 1979. We stayed married 31 years.
I want this America, again. Immigration is what has made our country beautiful. Let's get back to it!!! We've all been instrumental in the making of this country!! Let's not demantle all we have accomplished!!!!!!

We have never stopped. We welcome more than one million immigrants to the United States every year.
But there is a limit to how many immigrants we can welcome at one time. Immigration has to be orderly and manageable. It has to be secure. Not just for Americans, but for the immigrants as well.
How much good would we be doing the immigrants who come here if there are no jobs for them? If there isn't enough housing for them? If they immigrate away from poverty, only to land in poverty, what good have we done them? The only beneficiary in that case are the criminals who are eager to take advantage of immigrants and exploit them.
Except we have learned throughout the decades that rules and regulations need to be followed in order to keep this great country what it is. I welcome anyone who wants to start a new life here. Just do it the right way. If you have nothing to hide, it shouldn’t be a problem.

Note in all these clips how happy these people are. They're coming over on boats and ships, wanting to make a better life for themselves, but also improving their new home in the process. They brought new cultures with them but were also anxious to form part of the melting pot, merging those cultures to make America better. Learning English and blending into American culture while keeping their own languages and cultures intact was a point of pride. I hate it when people compare modern illegal aliens to the people depicted in this video. They're not the same at all.

I remember being a kid on holiday, I'm not sure if it was Cork, Kerry, or Galway but I remember being on a beach with my Da in front of the Atlantic and him saying "The next stop is America." That's always stuck with me. Now, it's easy to be cynical of this song but the way I interpret it is the people he's singing about are travelling to the IDEA of America. And for all the actual country's faults and flaws, that idea really did change the world. I don't believe that America as it is now is what the Founding Fathers envisioned. And that's good. Because it means it's still ahead of them.
Those people could be my grandparents. I found my mother's maiden name and my maternal grandmothers name on the immigrant records.

Holy throwback Thursday indeed . This song is a tribute to my Colombian parents who came to the US with 5 children to Miami Florida to escape poverty and maintain the ability to bare more children . And that my father did with 10 more and raising 15 children 9 with my mom and 6 with his second wife . He worked his life away so they can get all 15 of us through not only high school but university and an impressive 3 attorneys in the land of the free . Where the 10th child now a full lived once millionaire adult from success in sales met a current time immigrant that well disguised himself as someone who fell in love and married to what most would see as a love story that was “way to good to be true “ where in fact it was the opposite of its entirety . The new wave of criminals making it thru the system of US immigration as a fraudster , conman, psychopath and stealing the american dream from the ones that worked a lifetime to be stolen everything attached to the soul and value of property, assets and family is real and happening more than you think is happening and soon to more you know or can admit you know .
Incredibly nearly 5 years of being emotionally blackmailed into a crazy text book guide to dismantling an American and destroy my family from a criminal out of Colombia . A stranger that knew me before meeting me set up a trap I have no control of and took everything I have from behind my back . Convinced me of being the love of my life loosing my everything purposely for his gain and I not know any of it until he leaves me in 2019 and still to this date struggle surviving from the rope that is our new civil war in AMERICA .
Criminal immigrants and corrupted judges, law enforcements and attorneys who ALL engage in Kafka traps to gain on the budgets of programs ( VAWA) that incentivize this immoral behavior of coercion control is just another example of how what happened to Britney Spears can happen in terns and laws of IMMIGRATION. Except she took on this abuse for 13 years even to now one only wonders what strength she had to fight back to finally be heard for justice to be made to regain her freedom .
In this same type of control using the loop holes of the court system to defy our constitution rights to defend ourselves now thousands are living proof that the system is so corrupted we are ready and willing to share our story . So that if anything it can save the future of the thousands of innocents victims of immigration marriage and benefit fraud that poisons in the future of this country . This terrorist attack is happening and will effect far more Americans than 911 if we continue to ignor the power we have as a society and community to change and correct this law that allows false allegations of domestic violence be used with no evidence but a criminals statement and self petition to do so secretly and get away with nearly murder. The dirty little secret America holds back from facing up to is thru our own policy’s that allows such devastation on so many innocent lives. Congress needs to address this epidemic sooner than later or at least as long as I can live to see change happen to survive such abuse on mind, body , health and spirit as born a human citizen of the united states of AMERICA.
