For everyone wondering. You don’t need a really expensive blender to make these. It works well with a simple one option blender. I tried it myself and it ended up pretty good.
For those asking, he uses the Thomas TH-800 blender, only sold in Peru. Any high speed blender will do. I personally use the Ninja Chef 1500 Watt High Speed Blender.

Put them in reusable ice cream containers so that you can prep and reuse them! I'm currently doing that with acai and pitaya bowls but I plan on adding a blue sky and green machine smoothie bowl once I get more pint sized containers. I recommend using the Talenti ones because you can wash and reuse them for years!

@@alexiswashausen4640 Dark chocolate is actually very healthy. It's heart healthy and has loads of antioxidants. You have to get like at least the 70-75% cacao for it to be healthy enough.

reasons why your smoothie bowl is not turning out thick like hers :
The fruits you are using are not frozen
You are putting too much milk in your smoothie
I haven't try it yet do we have to use a special blender?
aya You can use any blender it doesn’t matter how expensive or cheap your blender is anything works you just have to make sure you use frozen fruits and not too much milk ( I hope this helped :)
