I eat Buddha bowls pretty much every day. This is a dessert version! My life is complete ty!
Whenever I mix something the texture doesn’t come out anything like that
That’s because they stopped and added other stuff they didn’t tell you about. You can tell where they start blending, cut the video, and start again when it is magically this consistency and color. Having experimented with tons of smoothies, I can tell you it will come out nothing like this if you only put in what she puts in.
He used a vitamix blender. Vitamix is GOD. I just bought one myself and my smoothies comes out so smooth and creamy!

It’s not the blender, it’s the ingredients. You can tell where she starts blending, stops the video, and then starts it back and it’s magically that consistency. She must have added a bunch of stuff to make it look like that. It will never work with those ingredients. Try adding milk and/or yogurt:
@@astanford4272 I follow smoothie bowl recipes exactly but it still comes out bad. Cause my blender is like old and whenever I make smoothies with it, it leaves gigantic pieces of fruit inside still. It's really the blender and I'm too broke to buy a brand new one
