If you don't have condensed milk, you can just boil 600g milk, 170g sugar and 15g butter together. I got this off of another video making chocolate , so I hope it helps :)

I used Ghee (clarified butter), and it worked perfectly, AND there was a physical indicator (it looks a bit lumpy, but has no effect on the consistency or taste of the chocolate). It's also a bit healthier than butter, so I would recommend using 15 g of Ghee instead (if you'd like). It's pretty easy to find in stores, at least where I'm from.

I love this video so much, and I'd like to share a typed-up version of this recipe for anyone to try. The first ingredient is 240g of condensed milk, any brand is fine. Pour it into a pot and start cooking. It boils fast, so when it starts bubbling lightly, you should take it off the stove and put it in a bowl. Put 100g cocoa powder into a small colander and sift part of the powder into the bowl, mixing the milk and cocoa until entirely homogeneous. Repeat this step 1-2 times, until there is no more fine cocoa left. You will be left with a thick, almost frosting-like cocoa by now. Next, line a small baking dish with saran wrap, with a lot of extra wrap hanging over the sides. Press all of the cocoa flat into the dish, and fold the extra saran wrap over the cocoa, pressing directly into the mix. Leave this in the fridge for 2-3 hours before continuing. Once you take out the cocoa, remove it with the saran wrap still on it. Once you unwrap it, place the cocoa mix on a wooden cutting board covered in a fair amount of cocoa powder, with the flat side down. Cut into even pieces, starting with crosswise cuts, then going on to lengthwise cuts. Sift a little more cocoa powder on top of the individual pieces to prevent sticking while shaping. With clean hands, make them into whatever shape you would like. A circle, a sphere, a rounded square, or just leave them as-is. If any cocoa falls off, sift even more cocoa powder onto the final batch. Enjoy!
DISCLAIMER: when I made this, the plastic wrap stuck badly to the cocoa mix. I may have been using the wrong brand, but I recommend using a Pam spray or just putting it directly into the serving tray.

for anyone attempting to make this: 1. don't put in the cocoa powder in batches more than the recommended amount, it's hella tiring trying to mix it in when it's gotten hard 2. try to use a all silicone spatula like the one in the video, for the wood handle one I used the mixture stuck to the wood is hard to get off, and the plastic handle one broke because of the extra force i had to use trying to mix the powder into the hard semi-solid. It will come cleanly off of a good silicone spatula but yet it'll still stick to your hand, reminds me of that thing where if you punch it it'll turn to solid but if you touch it it'll return to a liquid. 3. after two hours of being in the freezer if you are having a hard time getting it out by pulling the saran wrap, you could run the bottom of the container under warm/hot water for a few seconds and then try it again 4. When you're cutting the block, and if you made the thing too soft by not adding enough cocoa powder, you can try putting some cocoa powder on the tip of the knife and only using the tip to cut it bit by bit and inching it forward instead of cutting the whole thing at once, that way it's easier to separate the knife from it and not have it deform from trying to pull it away from the knife That's basically it, last thing is never forget you're working with a powder, when I put my block on the layer of cocoa powder on top of the seran wrap, I kinda flopped it on there for whatever reason, so the air made the powder go in all directions, and you wouldn't wanna clean that up or just waste it.

So I tried this at home. For those who can’t measure grams, here’s what I did: 8.5 oz condensed milk 0.85 cup cocoa powder (tbh you don’t have to measure exactly, just do 1/2 cup plus another 1/2 cup but a little less) It turned out bittersweet and creamy. It’s perfect for people who love dark chocolate. But for those who want it to be sweeter, you can add some powdered sugar. It’s definitely worth making. Easy and delicious! Edit: I made this 3 times so far, it always tastes really good but I have some more tips: -If your mixture is not as thick as in the video, it’ll still work (the end result will be softer and not as firm, but still tastes good nonetheless), as long as it’s not liquidy (if it is, add more cocoa powder). -I suggest adding a thin layer of cocoa powder on the plastic wrap, it’ll be easier to take off after you’ve refrigerated it. You can also freeze it for a little while if you’re impatient and don’t want to wait that long. -Keep the heat on low so that your condensed milk doesn’t burn

Well I actually tried this recipe and IT WORKED 💯 I used literally 2 ingredients and followed all steps. As long as you have enough cocoa to make the mixture sticky enough, you'll make it. About 20 yes ago, I had a Siamese cat, as a kitten. 4 years after that, out of nowhere she started puking up anything everything she ate. We took her to the vet, she was there for 2 weeks, still didn't have any diagnosis. However, they found a canned food she could keep down, I can't remember if it was Hills or Science Diet, but it was lamb and rice. She loved it.

I tried to do this, so I followed all the instruction, my truffle didn't turn as hard as his, mine was still soft, but I don't know what to do, so I thought it'll be alright after keeping it in the refrigerator for the whole night, I did, now my truffle and the plastic wrap are the best friends in the world, they never leave apart😭❤️ how sweet they are

So I tried this at home. For those who can’t measure grams, here’s what I did:
8.5 oz condensed milk
0.85 cup cocoa powder (tbh you don’t have to measure exactly, just do 1/2 cup plus another 1/2 cup but a little less)
It turned out bittersweet and creamy. It’s perfect for people who love dark chocolate. But for those who want it to be sweeter, you can add some powdered sugar. It’s definitely worth making. Easy and delicious!
Edit: I made this 3 times so far, it always tastes really good but I have some more tips:
-If your mixture is not as thick as in the video, it’ll still work (the end result will be softer and not as firm, but still tastes good nonetheless), as long as it’s not liquidy (if it is, add more cocoa powder).
-I suggest adding a thin layer of cocoa powder on the plastic wrap, it’ll be easier to take off after you’ve refrigerated it. You can also freeze it for a little while if you’re impatient and don’t want to wait that long.
-Keep the heat on low so that your condensed milk doesn’t burn

I don’t know if that will work, because if you add less cocoa powder then it will turn out to be stickier and softer.

Well I actually tried this recipe and IT WORKED 💯 I used literally 2 ingredients and followed all steps. As long as you have enough cocoa to make the mixture sticky enough, you'll make it. The taste of cocoa is quite strong, and it's not very sweet (which is my fav). Had a cool birthday present for my own. Thanks Nino 😚

About 20 yes ago, I had a Siamese cat, as a kitten. 4 years after that, out of nowhere she started puking up anything everything she ate. We took her to the vet, she was there for 2 weeks, still didn't have any diagnosis. However, they found a canned food she could keep down, I can't remember if it was Hills or Science Diet, but it was lamb and rice. She loved it.
