Happy Sunday! I redid day 9 because that day I didn't finish 12 minutes of the workout something came up I felt like I owed it to myself to finish so did that and this 20 Min stretch now I feel complete 😅 💪 🤗

Thank you for this stretch. I did the stretch after walking outside for 20 minutes this morning. I’m going to write down my stretch workouts for this week on my calendar. I found out this morning that I’ve lost 4.6 pounds in 2 weeks.

I am the most inflexible person in general, especially due to hip dysplasia and alignment issues. I have gotten so much stronger and more balanced with your workouts, but it is time to conquer my fears of stretching and start these....I can barely reach over in the first position, but we all start somewhere!

I love your workouts I want more FULL BODY workouts with RESISTANCE BANDS !!! and you should add workouts with yoga exercise large balls I would be so interested in those style workouts!!!!

Felt so good! I'm now trying to do one of your 'vintage' stretch videos on days I don't get to practice yoga. It's so wonderful and am becoming more flexible (even though I have done vinyasa stuff for years). Love the holds in these! It's also helping with the soreness of doing your daily workouts. I'm kinda addicted...

This is the first time I’ve done ur Sunday stretch ! Really needed it. Wasn’t able to do Friday’s workout because my mental health was in the trash, I’m beating myself up for not doing it today but I decided stretching today after a long walk, and then kicking tomorrow’s workouts ass would be more worth it. Can’t wait to crush tomorrow’s workout !

Day 14 complete...ish. not gonna lie, I found myself freestyling with 6 minutes left and continued for about 10 minutes after. I was SUPER sedentary today and needed a full body reset! Either way I count it as a win! Lol Week 3 let's go!
