    I love all your stretching routines, but I think this may just be my favorite. As a runner and. Cyclist, my hips and lower body always appreciate this routine! Thank you so much. I had a hamstring injury a year ago, and this has certainly helped.

      Cat Rice I am a runner at heart. Injuries have caused me to cut back my mileage. However, my quads, knees and hips are stronger since working out with Sydney. You can’t run one mile “yet”

    Nice. Didn't realize how important stretching is until I started following Sydney. Deadlift Brench Press Weight Training can't release all the tension in your body. Thanks again Syd.

      I have done 3 of Sydney's programs but I had never done a stretch. My lower back was hurting so I decided to do this one today and I agree with you, it is very important.
