    I am a swimmer, but I haven't been able to swim because I have been sheltering in place in Madrid, Spain for almost a month now. You were recommended to me by a friend and I have been doing your workouts ever since. You are saving my mental health during all this uncertainty. Thank you so much. I love your pep talks. :) I will definitely be here for the at-home workout challenge!

    Love that you are linking these 'vintage' videos to your current workouts. I often will keep my tab open until I get the stretch done as well. Also appreciate your positive talk and in this video, it's such a "time stamp" of where we were all at in 2020.

    January, February and March challenges have been really great, I feel motivated and look forward to my workout every single day. Much like your plans for April have changed, so have a lot of other parts of my life (we're all in the same boat!), but maintaining consistency in my workout routine will really ground me and help get me through this time of uncertainty.     Syd - I just did this stretch after yesterday’s upper body shred, I seriously needed it, haha. This stretch made me feel so much better... in every way. Thanks for always pushing me. I love giving you virtual high fives when you get closer to the camera for more motivation. You are superhuman. Hope you have an amazing weekend.

    Really needed this, thank you. One suggestion/request - I love it when you identify where we should be feeling a stretch as it helps me to know if I’m doing it right. I would love if you would do this for each move in your future stretches. I think it would help us to get the most out of the stretches.

    I HATE asking this, because I hate coming across as picky...but could you please make more 30 minute strength? Particularly lower body. Being stuck at home is a great time to get fit, true. But, for myself personally, it's harder now because my son is home. He is 6 years old. And I used to do my exercising while he was in school, and have very minimal time now. Thirty minutes is really the max I'm able to give to fitness for myself.
    Just thought I'd ask! Still workout with you every day!

    How many times a day do you work out? And how often should you stretch a week?

      She does 6 workouts a week and one rest day. She recommends to stretch at least 3 times a week
