Nice cars and vid. Since I am 21 I have a (4) GTV6. So that's 30 years already. Most parts I have triple because of 3 other ones I took apart. I will keep the car forever but it needs to be restored. I love the original exhaust sounds. It is like a trumpet orchestra howl. It is a bit spartanic but a big joy to drive. Regards from a 🇳🇱, living in the Belgium 🇧🇪 Ardennes. ( German Autobahn is nearby 😁).
Great video there, Jayden. I am currently up in Adelaide myself at the moment until May 1. That's the day I turned 37. A lot of people tell me I don't look 37. I look 27. How funny. Please stay so far and move look after yourself keep up the good work. Regards, William.
We all make mistakes. Unfortunately, things do happen now and then. It is a major pain in the butt. Anyway, mate. In the long run, you'll get there in the end. These type of accidents like that. Do happen particularly once you have had a long day at work. That is the sort of day that you just want to go home. Put your feet up. Relax and watch TV for a while😂
Nice vid, but adjusting Caster to fit body is NOT the way to do it! You have too big wheels (tyres) and wrong offset (ET) which will make the wheels excessivly change wheelbase when turning! Correct number for these cars are ET around 45 to max 30, Alignment for road Caster 4-5 degrees and Camber .5 degrees. Toe neutral or - 1mm. For track use try Caster 6-7 degrees (if your strong 😅) and Camber 1-1.8 degrees depending on sticky tyres and your agressiveness when driving.. Btw. Your dad seems to be very knowlegable as the Watts-Link has been lowered 😜👍🏻
The GTV 2.0 you show is not stock. The 2.0 4 cylinder came with a single fan radiator not a twin fan, and the brake calipers from stock were ATE cast iron and not the ones shown fitted to the car. Plus it is missing the clutch master cylinder reservoir. Lastly it looks, like the gtv6, lowered at the front which, if the front uprights are not lengthened using pins or an extended drop spindle, messes up the handling characteristics of the car worse than stock height by moving the front roll centre well below ground.

How does the transaxle hold up to the built 3 liter?

Great cars! Wheels MUCH too large tho. Correct size and you’ll have no rubbing!
But underrated..? Everybody loves these?
