Mike you said you believe you aquired inflammation after reintroducing fish....Fish causing inflammation is highly unlikely as the top 5 oily fish have selenium and other elements that combine with the omega-3's that actuality reduce inflation in the eyes, gut, digestive track and joints...The fish oils strengthen and lubricate joints .....Perfect food for the brain. Bro I'm 25,gave up red meat 3-5 years ago,then gave up chicken,turkey and fish early last year and haven't thought about,missed in the slightest or had the craving for any of that shit since.now I'm fully plant based meaning I don't eat processed vegan foods like when I started,plus I'm a one meal a day/intermittent faster.i still eat as good if not better than meat eaters without any guilt and I still eat pancakes,waffles and most of the good shit they eat,except I make em from scratch with healthy alternatives.This plant based life is a mindset thing
