Great video. I didn't think about the stabilizer muscles being used during the standing shoulder press, including the core muscles. Imma add this to my work outs. Good stuff!
It's interesting to see guys work on imbalances explaining to the audience because everyone probly has a slight imbalance somewhere unknown till u go lift some heavy furniture and pull a rear kneck mucsle connected to your upper back and traps and shoulders. Good motivation by Mike to say he dsonent believe in not training.
I be doing these at home not quite heavy of course I'm a female but I find it's more efficient and great for balance. Muscle mind connection. But love the videos

Did this workout today. Highest i got was 60s on the dbells. Incorporated some spuats lunges and dlifts with it. Killed the shoulders.

I do standing shoulder presses a lot but never unilaterally. Your trunk(core) is very important when doing these.
Im gonna do this routine as soon as I get off work at 4pm EST today! Perhaps it will help me be able to do pushups!

You can always use football bars which rotates the wrists into a neutral position if you want to use a barbell

Before working out hang of a pull bar with you feet off the ground do this a couple times it will help
