I think it's great work! I prefer listening to the videos than reading them.
Sorry, just not my style. Hate it. Just too much motions, and the lights. Previous editing better as its dark and calm while reading the story.

Preferred the old style, as I read quicker than you can narrate, so I do tend to skip a bit. Plus the wording isn't being translated properly, sorry.
I really didn't notice, since I usually listen to the stories instead of reading them. It lets me see more of Disnii, though, so at least there's that.
Story 1: I would be cautious and keep up-to-date on whether he gets parole or early release of some kind. Guy like that doesn't learn lessons and he may come back twice as hard later
The OP should get his restraining order increased which then would force the guy to have to move as the restraining order is against him. Shouldn't be to hard as the guy had already proven he didn't care about the 1st restraining order.
@@neilhulands2426 a restraining order is just a piece of paper, basically the honor system. Need to be prepared to defend yourself should it become necessary
Get the Restraining Order updated to FORCE the stupid neighbor to move by requiring him to live much further away from you than his property next door before he gets out of prison. Don't count on him getting any smarter as it's highly unlikely to happen.
You can't force someone to move, but you can make them take an alternate route away from their home. ie: Right turn takes you past OPs place and 5 mins to town. RO says turn LEFT, and take the 30 minute route to town.
@johno186 actually depends. I've seen restraining orders be so strict on people that they had no choice but to move. For example, this woman had been antagonizing her neighbor across the street and calling her all sorts of names and even verbally abusing the children of said person. She ended up taking it too far physically and got hit with a restraining order so wide, that she wasn't even allowed near her own home. She ended up selling it and her kids had to come and move her stuff out.
TBH I only come here for the parting shots of Disney...what a sweetheart.
Last part of last story: The OP could sue for hostile work environment and wrongful termination and alert the authorities to the chef's apparent requirement to falsify food safety documents which may be a crime in and of itself.
The first story just goes to show that there is no limit to how stupid a person can be

Then gets hit by bear trap he was warned about, does not even try to evade getting caught on cams, confesses to knowing more than he should and knocked himself out on concrete.
First story -- Glad OP has cameras -- word to wise, get outdoor/indoor cameras for security -- expecially with all the crazy people out there.
Absolutely you definitely need cameras now. People are much more entitled than even 5 years old.
Once OP had video Proof that his neighbour is Trespassing and Illegally Dumping his trash on OP's property, OP should have called the Police to have him Charged with Criminal Trespassing and Illegal Dumping and a Lawyer to Sue for the costs of the of the trash disposal and Illegal Dumping...
Story 1, it's a shame that this neighbor didn't trip on his own ego while trespassing and land face 1st on the bear trap instead of stepping on it. It would have resolved the vermin problem instantly.
Maybe after 5 years neighbor will finally understand that he's not the center of the universe, and the sun, moon, and stars don't bow down before him.

Story 1 he will not have a property after 5 years, it will have been sold for back taxes and to pay for the restitution to the neighbour.

Depends on how much money has saved up because of the fact, you still have to pay for that stuff, even while in jail atleast in the US

New format is interesting. I like the pictures in the background, but there are multiple spots where the words shown don't quite match what's being said. The idea comes across, it's just a bit odd having to backtrack to be sure what was heard and what was read match or don't match. Kinda prefer the old format where each page was shown so it could be read along silent mode if necessary, but this works too.

I rather look at scenery than background videos portraying the story.
Story 1- This was the dumbest neighbor thinking his actions won’t be noticed about trespassing to illegally dumping trash. Then later after the bear trap to the judge warning him next time in jail after the restraining order on him. Thinking no cameras in front of the house damaged his neighbors car to get five years in jail.
the assult probably added a couple of extra years there consdering one of the reason he was arrested was breaking the restraining order and that probably made the assult and the other crimes look worse overall than if lets sey just breaking the restraining order. op can probably get a new order to when the neighbour is out and with the actions the neighbour did when arrested the restraining order will probably be the type where the neighbour cant be within x amount of meters to op and ops property, and with that the neighbour would potenitaly not even be allowed to live in their own house when getting released.
if that was the case, is someone allowed to get their posesions under supervision from police or something? or do they need to have other family or friends do it for them??
Don't know for sure, but I'm pretty certain it would have to be friends/family. Given Litterbug is in the slammer, they'll be needed anyway to put his crap into storage for when he gets out if OP pulls that plug on him. Chances are the place might even go into foreclosure before dude gets out.

That’s the way stories like this should go but even if a burglar is injured by a trap trying to enter the attic of the house they broke into can sue the homeowner.
Some extra slimy, but regrettably also talented, lawyers have filed suit for injuries their clients received tripping over clutter while carrying armfuls of loot!

The first story feels a little weird. You don’t press charges for money. But I guess some countries might have restitution laws.
Trespassing onto someone's property when no trespassing signs are posted is not a smart move, as trash man discovered. Trash man is a slow learner, when videos were shown of him trespassing and throwing his trash on the op's property. He should have realized there were cameras when he was trespassed.
Vandalizing the op's car was totally stupid, given there was a camera pointing at the car. Trash man should pick a new line of work because he makes a terrible crook.
Why in the world do egotistical people fix something that isn't broken? The guy receiving the food handled things perfectly. He knew when to be where he needed to be when food arrived and things ran smoothly.
First story I am finding hard to believe, as to arrest the man in his own home for a non violent crime they would need an arrest warrant.
The cop actually broke the law by going into his home to arrest him, even with evidence of the crime. They need exigency circumstances to enter a dwelling, such as the perp is dangerous to himself or others, they think he is going to destroy evidence, or they are in hot pursuit of a suspect. As the man did not flee into his home away from them, they cannot enter it to arrest him without his consent or without a warrant. Neighbor is shitty, but the arrest was illegal.

I miss the old format of being able to read a full sentence. I can’t always have the volume up to listen to you read and it is very hard to read three words at a time, rather than a full sentence, as there is no punctuation.
