While kleptomania is real, it's a reason to get psychiatric assistance- NOT a reason to steal. I have ADHD, but that's not an excuse for me to jump on someone's table and belt out 'Baby Shark'. *Mental illness is not an excuse for bad behavior.* There ARE symptoms that can be remedied with proper treatment. DO NOT give people with mental illnesses a bad rep by saying we're beyond help. It's beyond insulting.

The biggest part I’m glad to see justice on for the DDN one is the dogs. They were “breeding them as bait dogs”. That’s.... nasty. If you don’t know, dog fights are still a thing, and yes, it’s always to the death. In order to get a dog riled up before a fight, they deliberately put a smaller, weaker, tiny dog that has been abused and starved and treated horribly to be really mean so it attacks them. They defensively kill the smaller aggressor, or “bait dog”, and enter the ring with their adrenaline already up, heart pumping, already in kill-mode. That’s what these monsters were doing. Breeding and abusing small dogs to be killed brutally in illegal dog fights. SO glad to hear they were arrested.

We had a neighbor who would always park their car in our driveway. We spoke to them multiple times about not parking in our driveway, and they continued to park there. Well we finally got sick and tired of it one day and had the blasted thing towed. They walked out of their home just in time to see it being towed away, and began screaming at us that we owed him money for having it towed. We just laughed and told him we asked you to not park there many times, and now you get to go to the tow yard to get it back. Never had a problem with them parking in our driveway after that.

Same! I could not care less about how someone earns their money; that is, until or unless it hurts others. It's even worse when animals get hurt due to human cruelty and stupidity. Anyone involved in animal fighting should be punished with the same treatment they forced upon the animals. I also hate that this deplorable behavior has given certain dog breeds, especially pitbulls, such a bad name. They are even banned in many apartment complexes and neighborhoods because they are (mistakenly) thought to be dangerous 😡💗🐕

Re: the story about the drug dealing neighbors reminded me of this!
The street I live on only goes for about three blocks to the end, but, at the end, is a little street that goes off to the right to a busy street. There were no houses beyond my next door neighbor. The neighborhood is quiet and, for being in a residential part of the city, it is rather private. The most traffic we saw was folks having their lunch hour, parked under some of the shady trees on the side of the street. This was rather common. It was almost always the same folks and we even acknowledged them when we drove by coming and going. They never littered or caused trouble. Just wanted a quiet place to have lunch away from their work place.
At some point, about 15 years ago, we began noticing a white truck that would show up down the street where there were no houses. He came every day around 5:30, followed by anywhere from 2 to 6 or 7 other cars. Each car would line up and pull up beside his truck. They'd be there for a couple of minutes, then, they left and the next car would pull up alongside. It wasn't hard to figure out what was going on!
We alerted the police and explained what we were seeing. They decided to do a 'stakeout' from the wooded area across the street. The very next day, the truck came and the first of the cars showed up. We didn't observe any more of it as we didn't want to been seen and be blamed for calling the police.
The police came by a few days later and told us what happened. They caught the guy, but, at the time, he had very little drugs on him. However, he had an unregistered gun, so, he got in to some trouble. Oh, and he was in a work vehicle, so, I wonder how that played out! But, the drive-by drug store never showed up again!
Then, a few years ago, I began noticing a white van down the the street nearly every morning around nine-ish. At noon, it would leave, sometimes returning for a few more hours. One day, as I drove by the van, I realized it was a school board maintenance van with a man chlling in the driver's seat. There was a truck number on the van so I took note. I went home and called the school board's maintenance division. I explained and the nice man asked me to call him the next time I saw the van down there. I went out later that day and when I got home, I had a voice mail. The nice man told me I didn't have to worry about the van any longer. He had decided to come by and found the guy sitting there! We never saw him again!
My taxes are specifically marked for the 'county's school board'. I feel completely justified in making the call.
    Thanks, Ripe!!

I had a crazy drug dealing ass "renting" the house across the street. I live in a nice quiet senior neighbourhood and the late night drive thru drug deals were concerning. He'd also wander thru my yard to get to the back alley to sell. The one day I am cleaning up my porch and I see this fool walking through my property. And I asked him where the hell did he think he was going and he was going to take a shortcut. I told him I know what he's doing if you want to do it at your house that's fine stay the hell off of my property. He started to give me crap and I told him that the next time I catch him I'll blow his head off with my shotgun, apparently I scared him.. Needless to say he turned around and walk down to the cross street to get to the alley. Didn't have a problem with him but the one morning I walked outside to get the mail and there were maybe 6 7 officers in Kevlar vest with assault rifles on my sidewalk. They told me to get back in the house which I most certainly did. They swarmed a house and took him out in cuffs and put him in the police car. He had just killed somebody done in one of the housing projects.

The only thing, I would do is have evidence that the car was parked on your property. If they call the cops, the cops won't do anything.

Depends on the neighbors. Most drug dealers are just people trying to get by, helping normal folks get weed, or helping addicts keep it together to go to work. If they're cruel/mean/spiteful/hateful or steal, that's different, burn them to the ground

Coup de grace-‘coo-day-grah’. French phrase, using five extra letters when two will do.
Drug dealers break into my apartment, my roommate will make sure they won’t walk out with their testicles (we are well armed).

My neighbor’s adult son parked his semi in front of my house and because it was winter he ran it all night long which made my windows vibrate and made sleeping and watching tv impossible. When I asked him to stop he told me to F**k off and slammed the door in my face. I called the cops and the mayor and they made him move his truck. Turns out it was actually illegal to even drive a semi on my street. There were three houses between my house and the mother’s and “coincidentally “ I was the only single woman on the block.

Kleptomania isnt a disease... its a bad habit and not keeping your hands off stuff that isnt yours, is your problem. Its a lack of impulse control and an ethical compass.
Plus the asshole is lying anyways, he didn't go in once, but twice, WHILE EATING OPS FOOD, to look for shit to steal. Thats not an impulse at that point, thats clear intention and thought into his actions.

I called the cops on my neighbor after hun shots came from the house. The cops didn’t do any thing. However several weeks later house was raided by the cops. Guns were found and lots of drugs. Forgot to mention cars were double parked in front of our house, plus limo’s.

The DDN was completely stupid here. He knew the guy had cameras yet STILL insisted on giving him grief. I doubt his neighbor would have bothered sending all of his evidence to the narcotics team if he hadn't stolen from him and threatened his family. The DDN caused his own crap here. Did he think doing all that was gonna help him??? He just GAVE the neighbor a reason to screw him over!! But then anyone who takes up drug dealing for a living isn't the sharpest tool in the shed to begin with I guess. Anyone with half a brain would have made friends with the neighbor, invited them to BBQs etc. so they would feel guilty about reporting him!!! As the old saying goes, you catch more flies with honey than with vinegar.

Once there was a fatal accident on the Autobahn A3 when I was on my way home. I could literally see my house from my car but was stuck for almost 5 hours because they had to recover a body from the wreckage. Yes, it was that bad! I was about 150 meters from the wreck and after a while there was a nearby car playing loud music with "dirty lyrics". Numerous people had asked them to stop but they didn't, they just played even worse music and a lot louder when asked.
After a while an old couple in their 70s came to me and asked if I could team up with others to make them stop. I was busy with my laptop, I am a hardware developer and very familiar with Bluetooth, I just confirmed that one of the BT car stereos belonged to the guys playing the bad music and had figured out my options. This was when BT car radios were rather uncommon and not secured at all. I was even able to lock their controls!
So I had invited the old couple into my car and asked them to bring "their music" if they have a CD with them and they did. As your typical circuit designer, I had a portable coffee maker with me at all times. So we sat in my car, had some fresh coffee and biscuits and listed to "good music" - very distorted and "tinny" - from the distance played by a car stereo cranked to 11 - literally. I also had some mp3s on my HDD I just keep to annoy people. So we listened to:
    - "Schwarzbraun ist die Haselnuß" (Black-brown is the hazelnut) by Heino
    - "Der Aufzug nach oben ist besetzt, Sie müssen warten!" (The elevator going up is occupied, you have to wait!)
    - "Heidschi bumbeidschi bum, bum" by Heintje
    - "Dueling Banjos" performed on bagpipes
    - "I like Chinese" and "the lumberjack song" by Monty Pythons.
We were enjoying French pipe organ music when the police had managed to disconnect the battery and confiscated the car stereo including the many expensive looking amps.

On the "No speak English," I would have said. "Ok. You can talk to the tow truck driver.? Then I would have put a 3 day notice on the windshield. If it was still there at the expiration of the notice, I would have called a tow truck to come out and tow it. Once they are hooked up, you pay or don't get your car back; unless you can get a judge to rule wrong doing on the part of the tow company. But you're still out of your car until the court date. But you do need a 2 or 3 days notice to cover your butt.
As for drug dealing neighbors, I'd install security cameras and then give the police the recordings.

Recently, I was just dozing off at night and suddenly someone was banging on my bedroom window. I run from the room to check and see of one of my kids were responsible only to hear a burst of gunfire. My daughter met me at the end of the hall, scared because at least one bullet had hit the outside of her bedroom. Police were called and we were told that 2 cars were exchanging fire at the church just behind my house. I call to check on my neighbors and someone had just tried to get into her house. We both called the police and i expected a long wait because we are outside of the city limits and would have to wait on the county to get there. I had messaged another neighbor and asked "Y'all ok up there?" And her response, 5 minutes later, was that her son had been shot, which explained the ambulance going up and down our road because they couldn't find the address. I directed them to said neighbor's house and waited. It didn't come out until a couple of days later but there was a drug deal gone bad. One of the residents of the 2nd neighbor's home had basically started hurling racial slurs at like 5 separate teens on social media (Sbapchat, i think) when they threatened to pull up my neighbor told them to come on and gave her address to these teens. She was waiting on them with a loaded AR. She ended up shooting a 17 year old girl in the butt as she ran away and fired into the car with other teens. She said they fired first, but the police couldn't find their weapon. Her son (18) was barely grazed and is fine. The officers found the bullet that hit my house and searched around my house for the missing gun. They had assumed they ran to my house and tossed the weapon into my crawl space, but it wasn't there and we still don't know who was banging on my house and tried to get into Neighbor 1's house. The officers even checked our camper and our attached garage to make sure no one was hiding in or stashed weapon there. She was charged with attempted murder and firing into an occupied vehicle. She made bail and I haven't heard anything since.

If the parking area is all paved there is an easy solution to people blocking you from parking as they make a type of jack that lifts the wheels and will let you roll the car in any direction. It is fun when you can move them to block a police station or fire hydrant.

Regarding the drug dealing neighbors situation... Notoriously, depending on prior criminal records will set time in prison. Also depending on the dealers friends outside would introduce potential dangers. This is what has become the normal with DOJ via FED, State, County and local municipalities. An unfortunate situation.

I have heard of people eating rattlesnake meat, but never partaken of it myself. I have eaten alligator meat, though, and it is quite tasty in alligator sauce piquant. Fried crawfish tails are absolutely delicious! You just don’t think about some of the critters/varmints being actually good to eat until you taste them.
