I ran just about my whole track season with a cough. I kinda got used to it after a while. No excuses, just keep pushing & do your best
Didn’t it come with any consequenses? I have been taught that you shouldn’t exercise with a soar throat or while coughing. I am very curios

@@s1mon8ratt96 depends. I have a constant cough because of 10 years of smoking. Pretty much have a constant cold. Never felt any ill effects from training through feeling bad. It’s all about managing the intensity more than days off
I don’t run but I have a jiu jitsu competition tomorrow and I gotta say, this definitely made me more positive about it. Definitely wasn’t going to not compete but was on the edge of giving up the win mentally. Thanks man!
I am currently sick with a sore throat and coarse voice but I just jogged 1.30mil in 11min. And I feel somewhat better. In my opinion you can go for a light jog, remember the defin. Of "light" activity is based on each individual, so long as you are not bedridden. Cheers yall and happy running 👏 ✌️
I just recently got bronchitis right before districts and it set me back, but this helped me a lot
