    If you are sick above the neck it’s okay to workout. If you are sick below the neck then you should rest. And don’t spread your germs at the gym. I’m sick all over. Got it. Thank you.

    If you work out an your sick ,stay home . An not infect the other gym customer's . It's courtesy issue .

      If you are worried about bacteria and viruses at the gym... i suggest buying your own weight sets cause there tons of nasty shit at the gym xD

    I’ve got a blooming cold now and I feel fatigued. Going to the gym wouldn’t be smart. Left work early because of it. No real appetite either. No gym today.

      Same here, the only way that you can eat is by eating Smoothies with high protein, that’ll help by our body fight off any virus, & recover faster, I ate a smoothie yesterday and wow I feel much better today !

    Common sense, just listen to your body.... skipping a workout or two will not set you back. That being said, if you feel the need to workout anyway, go for a walk, be out in the open, with the fresh air, don't go around people if you can help it, basic courtesy.....

      think it this way. let's say you were living 1000 years ago and you are sick. a wild animal approaches you. would you sit around due to being sick or would you start running for your life?
      of course you would start running and you would forget the illness. body can overcome tirerdness when not severe so workout.

    Thank you for this. I currently have sinus issues, a mild cough, and some scattered back aches. I think I can do ten minutes on an indoor bike.

    YES MY SYMPTOMS ARE ABOVE THE NECK I HAVE "HEADACHES" SOMETIMES AND I NEVER GOT SICK AND NOTHING HAPPENED TO ME IN ANY WAY FOR EXCHANGING WEIGHT EQUIPMENT!!🙏🙏💪👍

    I have no congestion, but head ache and body aches 😢 I just take very short walks so my body doesn’t feel super fatigued :)

      Stay home at least 10 days after getting vaccinated or a booster. Some of them get sick and are shedding. They are able to spread sickness to others

      Oh my lord he was making a joke about working out naked if you’re overheated 😂 don’t take life to seriously guy, you’ll never make it out alive. Personally, I’ve always followed the under the neck rule and I get actually stuck in bed sick MAYBE once a year so I think there is definitely merit to what he is saying. 🤷🏼‍♀️

    Love it!! A naked workout. Then an ice chilled bath. Followed by drying off and getting right back into bed, which now I have to have energy to slide Emma, my Weimaraner, over. She’s 150 lbs, and I’m to sick to slide her over so I just take the itty bitty space next to her. 🤷🏼‍♀️🐾🐾💕

      @@crazyiron9003 as long as you keep your diet routine during the time your resting you will be okay. Because your body is not focused on trying to build muscle. It’s focusing on trying to recover from the fever. Do not work out with a fever. Relax:)

    Anyone reading this or watching this probably works out regularly. Stay home for a day or two and rest up. It takes discipline knowing that rest is good for you. And to heal.

    What if want to work out but doctor told not to workout because i had body weakness, cold cough , fever and is was 6 days till now and my doctor told i should rest for 10 days more , but i want to workout
    ,then can i go for a walk for 1 hr or less than it please any one can say to me what to do 🤧🤧
