    A truly very effective sequence.
    I have to confess that I couldn't do the poses in the last part of the video.
    I replaced them with front splits, which I can achieve well thanks to your training.
    I also inserted a middle split, but I still have a lot of work to do on that.
    I really had fun doing it.
