This is the last to be added (3-in-a-row) for my early Tuesday a.m. hour-long workouts (10min Yoga Stretch for Tension Relief, 10-min Hip & Back Stretches,...). My Bali mornings are bright and fruitful way before my 7:45a.m. alarm for journaling and Bible Study.
The jazz and the flow was perfect for this week between Christmas and New years! 🎉 it’s been hard to get started again after a few days of celebrating, this makes it easy to get into the body again
I've been practicing with you for 3 moths straight, then I dropped out for a year an now is my comeback and I guess I chose the perfect video for it! ❤ I loved the jazz music and I've missed your soothing gentle voice, I was really sore but this helped me alot, I'm feeling way better specially mentally. I just completed this workout and found it so peaceful and calming. I love the sound of your voice too! I was able to actually engage and let my mind focus on the stretch and not wander.❤ Also I love your black arm tattoo!
Hi Holly! Out of all the poses there are 5 lower body stretches all targeting each part of the leg. This is a complete full body focused sequence so im a bit confused BUT perhaps you just need a deeper lower body stretch? Which is understandable as this is a more gentle one imo. I have quite a few of them up here if you’re interested? Just search “yoga with bird lower body” and they should pop up ♥️♥️
@YogaWithBird Thanks very much and I will look some of the other ones up. I think with the title of the video being 'miracle stretch', it gives the impression it will be a bit deeper. Had it been 'gentle, full body stretch' or similar, I don't think I would have had the same level of expectation. I hope that is useful feedback x
@@hollyreeves8804 reading the description is vital. Miracle stretch in my guidance means it hits all the right places to help you feel your best, a one stop shop. In this case being full body. If it were a “deep stretch” I would definitely state that. Hope you find something better suited for what you need.
