23 May 2024. Failed train between TTDI and Phileo Damansara was alleged to be Set 106. Train was driven manually to be taken out of service.
UPDATE: Set 142 was the one that broke down.
Scenes at Pasar Seni
5.33pm. Not sure what's happening when there was a delay announcement. Unusual crowd and unusual ETA. Note set 134 bound for Kwasa Damansara.
5.34pm. First Kajang bound train in a while, but another big gap later of 17 mins. Set 108.
5.36pm. Update on failed train between TTDI and Phileo Damansara heard.
5.38pm. Twitter/X update received to confirm the failed train. Note: Set 134 hasn't departed for about 10 minutes in the background.
5.39pm. Announcement cut off. 134 just left (and later it would have passengers detrained at alleged Muzium Negara. It was seen at the opposite platform of Muzium Negara later, suspected to be a crowd relief train).
5.51pm. Service resumed announcement.

6.05pm to 6.07pm. Journey on 112 from Phileo Damansara to TTDI.
6.09pm to 6.13pm. Journey on 103 from TTDI to Phileo Damansara. Very slow because train bunching. A good view of 106 in the sidings though.

Hope the train issue will get resolved soon.
Actually set 106 reported by others returned today already. So I hope that Kajang line train shortage to be resolved instead. More than 3 years already not resolved

Hmm train shortages? that's kinda simillar situation with the KRL Commuterline nowadays, since KAI (Kereta Api Indonesia) currently ordered the new trainset from INKA (JV with Japan and China) and also retrofitting the older train to overcome the increasing passengers (just look at the situation of Manggarai and Tanah Abang station during the peak hours.) hopefully according to them in 2025 their new trainset will on service.
I wonder about the situation there in Klang Valley? is Prasarana already ordered a new trainset in a wake for increasing passenger demands?
