You should also review a train in Sabah which is a region in Malaysia located in the island of Borneo. There is only one line that operates between the capital city of Kota Kinabalu and to a town in the interior. However service is irregular as the train usually breaks down but it is "unique" because when there is no train service, the people in the interior gets very creative as they modify and convert the wheels of either their motorcycles or vehicles and used it on the railway tracks for transportation. And by the way, another unique features of Sabah is that most of the roads are similar to the surface of the moon with its many potholes. In fact, the roads are perfect to use as a simulation exercise for a moon rover that will be use to send to the moon. Perhaps NASA can bring their moon rover to Sabah for simulation exercise 😂😂😂

Thank you for coming to Malaysia. I hope you and your family enjoy it. If there are any shortcomings in our country, we apologize... I hope it will be the most beautiful memory for you and your family.
Thank you! 😃
Nice video, from Malaysia 😊
We have also day pass for rapid in KL,, just around Rm 6 per day for Malaysian and Rm 10 for foreigner... Day pass can use subway and bus unlimited stop per day excluding KTM komuter..
For Malaysian only, there also unlimited monthly pass for RM50
50 Unlimited for Malaysian sounds like a very fair price
wow nice thanks for showing around
Welcome to Malaysia. Enjoy ur holiday with family. More interesting places, foods, culture that Malaysia can offer you. Thanks for your review. ❤️🇲🇾
Malaysia is centre of sounth East Asia countries you can go abroad like Thailand Indonesia Philippines Singapore with low cost flight Air Asia
Yes, in fact we are now in Thailand. It was only $29 with air Asia
Aww, as Malaysian I'm happy to hear that ❤
When i hopped onto this train like 20 years ago, i was surprised it's driverless. 🤣
Yeah, that is so cool
it is 1st LRT in KL..started in 1998....26 years now. the station look old but clean....maybe need an upgrade/refurbishment. MRT KL more modern and spacious.
Useful video ❤❤
Hey, welcome to Malaysia...and thanks for that simple and enjoyable review of that place😊
You’re right about the state of some European subways. I was on Paris metro in 2007 which was creepy and dirty.
Yes, we were the a few months ago and ran out the subway as fast as possible
Albeit we do have issues with our mrt,lrt transportation system, but overall malaysians are pretty proud of the subway access and tech advancement in this areas in recent years. Glad you enjoy this amazing country and thank you. Also do support Malaysia more!
Welcome to KL and enjoy your stay here.
Thank you! 😃
Peak hours is usually from 5-7pm. When the office hours is over. Be prepare for pack crowds when you enter the stations. I think there's special pass for tourists to use in rapid kl train or buses which will make travelling cost even cheaper.
should apply for touch and go card....very useful for travel , food around kl
That is what others have told us. But where can we buy the card?
@@voyagesdiary can buy at the counter in lrt station. 🙂
Cheap fare, cleanliness and safety. Thanks a lot for the compliments. We hope these important factors of our subway system remains as it is for many many years ahead if not forever. Thanks guys. Happy holiday!!!

Macam ni barulah boleh buat perbandingan. Bukan untuk bermegah siapa yang hebat tetapi untuk jadikan satu motivasi. Perbaiki mana yang kurang dan menambah baik sistem yang sedia ada dari masa ke semasa👍👍
tau xpe...jgn mcm someone tu....Pekerja Indonesia sndiri yg banding2 kan malaysia dgn negaranya....boleh pulak dia balas buruk2 kan malaysia...ntah apa2...lain lah klu rakyat malaysia yg bandingkan...pelik2 je....

Selamat Datang ke Malaysia ❤🎉❤
Welcome to Malaysia, vibrant culture meets stunning landscapes
Stunning is correct
As a Malaysian, admittedly we are not there yet on par with Japan & Korea ..but we are doing our best to achieve it.
It's okay to be what we are now. IMHO, chasing other countries living standards is not worth it for us as Malaysians if you are aware that our economy is moving towards "backwards". Thanks to Madanon Price Hikes policy 😅
Subscribed👍good video!
Welcome to. Malaysia..😁enjoy the trip an the atmosphere..an the locals food..next your can go to Sabah/Sarawak also.. thanks..🫰
You should visit US/Canada expat club in Mont kiara
Thanks for your honor review of Malaysia subway. Have a nice trip and i wish your family enjoy everything in Malaysia. ❤❤
Thank you! 😃

Hello again y'all.. Never thought that your video became a hit all the sudden. I am glad that y'all is doing great. As always take care and have funs.. But still be respectful as always.. 😊

🔎Majapahit tak pernah menguasai Nusantara.
🔎Apakah Nusantara?
Sampai sekarang tiada bukti.
Majapahit baru berdiri abad ke-13.

In malaysia, there lot of muslims, cleanliness is part of muslims faith that why it's not dirty, the people also very respectful, kind, lovely and friendly, most of malaysia people also can speak english too,so if you don't know how to speak malay language you can just speak english language, you don't have to be worry about people in malaysia don't understand you.
I would like to recommend trying our MRT station... it's better in many ways and go to TRX or velocity mall using the MRT!.....i recommend trx thooo because they have an awesome park on the top floor😚👍Happy travels!!!✨
Actually u can use touch and go card is more easier.
That is what another viewer told us. We had no idea. We bave the touch and go mobile wallet but didn't know about the card. Can you buy them at 7-Eleven? Do they only work for the transportation or we can also pay for other things?
@@voyagesdiarytheres also some pharmacy chain called Watsons that sell them. Theyre like a Malaysian CVS. I think most 7eleven and similar shops near train stations do sell them. But u need them for each person.
@@voyagesdiaryYes but sadly it's more often than not they are out of stock there... 😢
@@voyagesdiaryYou can use TnG at every carpark of all the shopping malls, paying for the groceries + other shopping & food court restaurants just like a prepaid credit or debit card..
But its original & main usage is for paying highway toll fees etc
You could buy at ticket counter at the station..
Just to add, your ID card comes with Touch & Go. So you dont have to line up for tickets. You can just walk through the gate by waving your ID on it.
Malaysian here. I have never been to the US but I have been to European countries, they are cleaner, but KL is definitely MUCH cheaper lol...
My friend from Malaysia always complained he wanted to leave but now I want to visit
ah I'm just bubbling with proud hearing praises from tourists >.< even though I'm not involved at all with taking care of the stations. I'm sure there are some downsides too for our country, but thank you so much for the kind words.

when i was young(25 years ago ) the public toilet & street all very dirty and trash.toilet smelly also. but i think the education makes change.we have a class in school( primary 1 to 6 ) teaching about helping people, being a good person.keep clean.bla bla bla...after i grew up and me and people around me most of them have a mind set that dont throw rubish. helping people. bla bla bla.....our goverment not the best compare with other country but somehow i feel the "love" in country makes malaysia beautiful...use love educate ppl not punishment. ..i donno....but i feel love..hahaa..
