I have it one of nomura shotaro san knife(ikeda yoshikazu white 3 abura honyaki gyuto 240mm). It is very very good 👍 thank you so much~
I think the shotaro san is the one of the greatist sharpener in Japanese knives. I always hope shotaro san stays healthy 🙏
