Thank you!!!! I have been crippled up for weeks. Tried your behind the knee pain exercises ,the next morning I could get out of bed and walk to the bathroom without out holding on to furniture and the wall.
I hope you still monitor these comments!
I have been on UA-cam for months looking for help...after wasting time with a PT group that advertise as knee specialist.

Your videos have helped me a lot. I have had tight hamstrings for over a year with chronic back pain and tight gluttes and doing these stretches has alleviated a lot of my pain and tightness.
