I know this is an older video, buti really hope you still read comments. I've been having serious problems with my neck for quite a while. Extreme tightness, soreness, headaches, and the like. Its been really bad lately and i think its gotten to the point where it's affecting my brain (brain fog, confusion, trouble focusing) which im guessing is due to compression on my nerves/blod vessels, the latter of which might be limiting blood flow to my brain. I did these as you described them and i just wnated to thank you. I feel looser, have much less pain, and the prior cognitive problems are notably less apparent. Thank you for sharing this, I strongly believe It'll help me with my issues and im gonna be integrating it into my daily routine.

Happens to me when I sleep in the wrong position. When I did the "grip the chair behind" me my lower back muscles spasmed. Though I have severe snipal damage in the lumbar region, it was the muscles that got triggered.

this feels a bit hurried to me. you don't seem to hold the poses long enough... But still helped a bit i guess
You can hold them as long as a minute at a minimum for best results
Working 10 hours in front of computer and this really helped me, doing this whenever i feel a tension in my neck and upper back
