      My partner suffers from neck and back pain and is having difficulty supporting his legs, however when I found this back pain guideline, BackPainRelief9.blogspot.kr
      , all the mentioned complaints are fixed appropriately. He said it provides the comfort and ease he wants while sleeping, specifically in staying away from back pain.?

    I had really bad shoulder pain all the time. I got a posture brace from boldbraces.ca that i use for about 15-20mins a day, its super comfortable and really does help me a lot!

      Cheers for the Video! Sorry for chiming in, I would love your thoughts. Have you ever tried - Vaniam Tonatthew Formula (do a search on google)? It is a good exclusive guide for getting rid of your rotator cuff pain minus the hard work. Ive heard some incredible things about it and my good mate called Gray at last got astronomical results with it.

    I know this is an older video, buti really hope you still read comments.
    I've been having serious problems with my neck for quite a while. Extreme tightness, soreness, headaches, and the like. Its been really bad lately and i think its gotten to the point where it's affecting my brain (brain fog, confusion, trouble focusing) which im guessing is due to compression on my nerves/blod vessels, the latter of which might be limiting blood flow to my brain.
    I did these as you described them and i just wnated to thank you. I feel looser, have much less pain, and the prior cognitive problems are notably less apparent. Thank you for sharing this, I strongly believe It'll help me with my issues and im gonna be integrating it into my daily routine.

    Thank you so much for this, not only did it ease a lot of pain and scary numbness in the right shoulder (anxiety symptom), it also calmed down a panic attack. Very efficient exercises.

    I had been truly amazed with this back discomfort guidebook called Kenzano Ayb (Go ogle it). Quite often, the alignment of my knees, hips as well as back is retained because of this. As I get up each and every morning, I truly don`t feel pain any longer. I also noticed improvements in my knees because of this plan.

    Happens to me when I sleep in the wrong position. When I did the "grip the chair behind" me my lower back muscles spasmed. Though I have severe snipal damage in the lumbar region, it was the muscles that got triggered.

    Thank you so much! I am on a healing journey and I’m trying to heal the vagus nerve and the body is not used to me doing new so it’s getting tense because it doesn’t know what to do but I have been working for two months and it’s becoming slightly easier where the body is starting to relax a little bit more.I know it will take some time to break the old habits and the new and I thank you for this video.

    this feels a bit hurried to me. you don't seem to hold the poses long enough... But still helped a bit i guess

      You can hold them as long as a minute at a minimum for best results

    Ignore My Name But I Have Spain on my Right Shoulders So it Helped me I used a Little Hammer Where My parents Break The Frozen Meat And I used it Like A Pain relief Thing Welp Thanks Miss And Now I Feel Energized :)👍🏻
