We have chandigarh metro region. Chandigarh, Mohali, Zirakpur, Panchkulla , Kharar and Mullanpur are all part of 1 metro region with more than 30 lakh population . Mohali and New Chandigarh are witnessing a large investment growth. Chandigarh is the best option in Northern India.

Possible if you have high paying IT jobs. Besides IT job, you can earn huge amount from stock market n investment in business. With only one source of income it is not possible unless involved in corruption. As per latest income tax data only 5% of the household earn more than 30lac per annum.
