gurgaon and ncr is full of pollution....how do humans live in such bad conditions..especially fron Nov to March.....fucking smog in these months.....very bad for health.....30 cr goes to waste....
I graduated from a school near this apartment, and I used to pass by it almost every day. I had certain expectations about how the inside of the building would look, but it turned out to be even better than I imagined. I really like it.

For information price of apartment in thus society is somewhere around 30-35 crores. My relative's known live in DLF Mangolia on rent they pay 5 lakh per month. Apartment in Mangolia is priced anywhere around 17-20 crores.

7400 apartment cost is around 40Cr and what I heard is. Owner is not sure if this will be used for staying, it can be a weekend home.
That 30 year son would have an apartment that 99.9% of Indians cannot afford, monthly maintenance itself will be more than our normal bank EMIs.
Forgot to mention interior design was good.

Great society. I visited it once[one of my client's house]. Restaurant there are amazing. Good to see such luxury societies in India also, pune and mumbai gurgaon have many such societies ❤️.
This is what pinterest has done to Architecture in the country.

Somehow it feels there is too much going on..! I feel they had a messive budget and the designer just wanted to use that budget and overdid it in the process. But my taste is very simple and minimalistic.

Flat price
With 35-40 crores you can buy 2 plots of 350 sq yards and 2 plots of 500 square yards in Gurgaon and construct and rent all of them getting 14 to 15 lakhs p.m. rent overall.
Only someone for whom money dosen't matter will buy here.
And do what with all of that rental income? We are here for a limited time, and more money in the Bank doesn't necessarily improve our daily quality of life...the owner here is spending money to live his life as well in addition to counting his money in the Bank
You are here for a limited time , but your future generations need to earn ,survive and grow . So learn to generate money 💰 from money 💰, instead of buying overpriced, super high maintenance property which you may not rent out because virtually nobody rents such high end properties. As far as earning from owner , well it is about diversification, of you earn from one source and it stops your 'limited time ' will become 'unlimited suffering ' till your 'limited time' gets over . People who don't diversify and don't generate money from money are Ultimately doo med to a life of poverty in time .
U need to hold status of ultra rich to understand and one who looking rental income hardy understand mindset of ppl who reach to this status.
